‘Twas the week of Black Friday, and the shopping elves of StyleCaster (aka me and two shopping editors) were hard at work researching the best Black Friday deals of the year, and that includes Zara. For the past four years, we’ve been dutifully covering Zara’s Black Friday deals, sharing any insider knowledge of one of the biggest shopping events of the year, as well as tips and tricks to getting the most out of it. Now that it’s officially Black Friday, let’s celebrate by shopping.

When Is Zara’s 2025 Black Friday Sale?
Zara’s 2025 Black Friday sale will go live Thursday, November 27 at 6 p.m. EST. (a whole hour before it went live last year!) and last throughout the weekend. You can already access the discount page here for all the deals. I learned this from the Zara app, which sent a push notification to users today.
Zara Black Friday Shopping Tips
First of all, download the Zara shopping app, as it’ll send you notifications whenever new sales and discounts drop so you’ll be among the first to find out and purchase. This is pretty key, since Zara is known to sell out of discounted best-sellers very, very quickly (and you thought Black Friday madness was dead? The chaos has just gone digital, friends!). When you download the app, it’ll ask you if you want to get notifications (say yes).
Second: Give the online shop a good glance and either add your favorites to cart or create a list somewhere (your Notes app, or maybe a Google Doc) so you can easily reference it the night Zara’s Black Friday starts. You don’t want to be frantically clicking around along with thousands of other shoppers—stuff will sell out fast and you will be sad.
What to Expect From Zara’s Black Friday
Zara has famously offered up to 40 percent off select items on Black Friday, so we’re going to go ahead and assume the retailer will have similar deals this year. Usually Zara has very generous offerings around winter fashion, like coats and sweaters, as well as its bread and butter like dresses, skirts, and blouses.
What’s Zara’s Biggest Sale of the Year?
Black Friday is one of Zara’s biggest sales of the year, but it also hosts impressive end-of-year sales every season (especially summer, which happens between June and July), as well as its Boxing Day sale (end of December, after Christmas). Black Friday is the best sale for seasonal, on-trend pieces though—and an excellent opportunity to score outfits for the holidays (Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Years), as well as some nice going-out coats, blazers, tops, and shoes.

Zara is known for its affordable, on-trend jeans that won’t get you scoffed at by Gen Z and Alpha. These wide leg jeans feature front darts that have that semi-pleated look, so they’re a little more “dressed up” than traditional denim.

Another great wide leg option, these are high-waist and feature 1 percent Elastane, which means you get a little bit of stretch. They do run large, so you can probably size down. I like how these hit right above your ankles, making them a very good pair of jeans to pair with some heel or ankle boots.
