Like much of the internet, we’ve been keeping our eyes peeled for fashion-worthy moments from Meghan Markle’s new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan. The Duchess of Sussex knows how to pull together a sophisticated yet simple outfit—so naturally, we’re eager to get all the deets on her chosen looks.
Much to our surprise, the Duchess revealed that she shops at Zara from time to time during one episode. She described her fashion sense as a mix of “high and low,” A.K.A. pairing more costly items with affordable pieces for a blend of brands. While our readers may be more inclined to hear about the budget-friendly finds, it’s worth calling out some of the higher-priced pieces too—especially since you can find them on Amazon.
In episode 8, Meghan had chef Alice Waters over to her home to prepare a meal. As anyone would while cooking a feast, the Duchess opted for a comfortable tee—specifically, The Perfect T from Bleusalt in navy blue, a brand known for producing elevated wardrobe basics.
The classic short sleeve T-shirt has a straight hem, crew neck design and a length that hits right below the hips. It strikes a balance between being not too baggy and not too form-fitting. It’s also made from sustainable fabrics derived from renewable wood sources, and can be thrown in the washing machine and dryer without losing its original form and feel.
Basically, this sounds like the ideal tee to have on hand for casual outfit moments. Not to mention, additional celebs like Sophie Turner and Aubrey Plaza have also been spotted in it previously. Sadly, one will set you back about $100, which isn’t ideal for those of us balling on a budget. Luckily, we found a few alternatives that still capture that chic Meghan style—but for far, far less coin.
