I Shop for a Living & Here’s What I’m Buying from Lululemon This Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day weekend is here, which is one of the best times of the year to shop. One of my favorite wardrobe pieces to purchase is athleisure, since I’ve basically lived in it since 2020 (oops). This sadly does mean that all my favorite leggings and sports bras wear down more easily. But luckily for me (and anyone else in the market for some comfy clothing), Lululemon is not messing around with their incredible “We Made Too Much” section, where you can find excess inventory at great prices.

Constructed from Lululemon’s proprietary Nulu fabric, this athletic dress is as close to wearing nothing as you can get—and it’s supportive. This dress, specifically designed for A- or B-cup folks, features a shorts liner, a built-in shelf bra (so clutch for summer!), and pockets. It’s also just hella cute.

As you can imagine, Lulu’s most popular leggings are going fast—and that’s because prices start at $49, which is unheard of. Known for their buttery-smooth fabric and sculpting design, the Align leggings are a best-seller for a reason.

Everyone needs a soft, easy pullover that looks just as good on Zoom calls with your boss as it does on the couch, and this is that pullover. It has a chic, oversized design that looks “quiet luxury” and is made with peach fuzz- soft Softstreme fabric that keeps you cozy without making you overheat.

I love love LOVE a pair of sweatpants I can sneakily wear to the office, and these are just that. They’re just structured enough to pair with a crisp button-down and some Sambas yet supremely soft and comfortable, so you could wear them as pajamas if you want.

This is all but sold out in Lavender Lux and Pink Haze, but those are the prettiest colors in my opinion. The “Like a Cloud” everday bra is designed for B- and C-cup support, and is ideal for low-impact activities, like yoga or walking. The foam cups are malleable, and the waistband is ultra soft, so no digging into your rib cage like those other annoying bras.

You can never go wrong with a hip-hugging, thigh-sculpting skirt that goes with everything. Put on some sneaks or sandals, and wear this skirt with a cropped, boxy tee—instant cool for the office or brunch. This skirt is soft and stretchy, and it’s the perfect length. I need several!

I have about five-thousand camis, and I’m adding this one to the pile. You can never have too many camis! My personal life hack is to wear a cami to work (I layer it under a button-up or sweater) and then the gym. This one is so versatile and convenient (I love a built-in shelf bra situation!), and the color options are really stunning, too.
