Ready or not, but 4th of July weekend is almost here. I know, how did that happen so fast? I honestly wouldn’t have been even thinking about it had I not stepped foot in Target, which is bedazzled in all red-white-and-blue right now. In my mind, Memorial Weekend just happened. This polo dress is giving “let’s get brunch at the country club” in the best way possible. When I’ll wear it, I’ll feel wealthy. From the premier, soft cotton that feels soft and sturdy, to the perfect amount of stretch (thanks, 3 percent Elastane), to the subtle stitched Tommy logo, this preppy dress is timeless for summer.

The thing I love about a built-in belted dress, is that it always looks so much more put together and elegant than it really is. It’s so simple and minimalist, yet has the perfect amount of structure for work. AKA, it’s a good weekend dress that can easily be spiffed up for the working week—just add some cute kitten heels or sneaks, and you’ll be ready to rock and roll.

The Favorite T-shirt got its namesake thanks to its supremely soft cotton material and lived-in feel. At $15, you can snag a few in different colors. I’d go for an oversized look by sizing a couple sizes up from what I’d normally get, and pair it with some biker shorts for an easy summer uniform.

Denim skirts are timeless and simple to style year-round. This one is a little different thanks to its built-in self-tie belt. The length is perfect—not too short and not too long, so you can absolutely wear it to the office and not worry about flashing anyone accidentally.

I lovvvvve a preppy crewneck. This one is light enough to wear on chilly summer nights, but I’ll absolutely be rocking it with some jeans come fall. The 100 percent cotton material means it’s soft yet durable.
