I love, love, love going shopping, but when it comes to buying bras, I’m a little less enthusiastic. As an E-cup, I’d say I sit smack-dab in the middle on the spectrum of breast sizes from itty-bitty to huge. It’s even more important to have proper fit when you need more support.” In case you didn’t know, “90 percent of a bra’s support comes from the band so that needs to fit properly and not be riding up the back,” adds Luciani.

What type of bra or bra style is best for a large bust?

When shopping for a larger bust, you should check out the bra’s features. “There are features designed for support that women with larger busts can look for such as an underwire, a wider band, wider padded straps, and full coverage cups,” explains Luciani. “A foam cup will give you more structure but if you prefer and unlined bra, then look for a three part cup with boning on the sides so the cups don’t collapse.”
