Rodarte usually makes the kind of clothes we admire from a distance—so, so beautiful, but so, so expensive. Now, however, thanks to its new collaboration with Swedish fast-fashion retailer & Other Stories, there’s actually hope of scooping up some of its wares without forgoing food and shelter.
As of this morning, the collection is live, and a few sizes are already starting to sell out (the sequin sandals and leather jacket seem like popular choices). There’s a lot to love among the 50 pieces Kate and Laura Mulleavy designed: crushed velvet, glitter galore, ’70s suede, and on-trend Lurex to wear through fall.
If you’re in New York, you can also find the collection at & Other Stories’ 575 Broadway and 505 Fifth Avenue stores. And at prices ranging from $29 (for the delicate hearts-and-stars jewelry) to $425 (for the patchwork high-heel booties), you’ll want to move fast.
