Justin Bieber Shares Cryptic Throwback Snap of Selena, Internet Freaks Out
Justin Bieber just did his part to fuel even more speculation that he’s back together with Selena Gomez by posting a cryptic throwback photo of the pair riding a four-wheeler together (the same four-wheeler, FYI), which sparked a predictable social media riot.
The photo was snapped when the couple were still together and shows Gomez resting her hand on Bieber’s knee while he rests his head on her back. Intimate. The then-couple were on vacation in Canada when the picture was taken.
Originally, Biebs shared the picture without a caption, which obviously sent followers into meltdown mode while everyone tried to work out what the picture meant. Obviously Bieber knew he’d get this reaction, so it begs the question: Is he just seeking attention, or is he sending a cryptic sign that Jelena is back on?
Shortly after receiving thousands of speculative comments, the 21-year-old “What Do You Mean?” singer added a caption: “Just a throwback calm down.” Sure, Biebs, because we all just share intimate throwback photos of our exes.
This isn’t the first time the singer has hinted that a reunion could be in the cards: “When you love someone that much, even if something comes between you, it’s a love that never really dies,” he told Billboard magazine in November.
