Warning: spoilers ahead! Wednesday was the big night Sex and the City and And Just Like That fans have been waiting for. Samantha Jones is back — but just for 74 seconds. Kim Cattrall made her cameo on the hit spinoff looking gorgeous with a blonde lob and bangs and that killer silver trench coat.
Samantha, looking glam as always, calls Carrie in the backseat of the car, saying: “I won’t be able to make it there in time…The last supper. Miranda and Charlotte told me all about it. I was going to surprise you.”
Carrie responds: “Oh my gosh, well you did. I’m very surprised.” She says maybe they can get together the next day. “Honey, I just left Heathrow. I was flying back on the first flight in the morning,” Samantha says. Wait a minute, you were flying all the way to New York for an overnight?” Carrie asks.
“Well, it is your apartment and I have to pay my respects,” Samantha says, asking to be put on speaker. “Thank you for everything. You fucking fabulous, fabulous flat,” she says in a British accent.
That’s when we get the funniest callback to an early Sex and the City episode. She jokingly refers to herself as Annabelle Bronstein, a character she pretended to be in a season 6 episode in order to gain entry to Soho House.

After skin prep, Panchenko applied Gee Beauty Prime Skin in shades #2 and #3 ($58 at Gee Beauty) and Gee Beauty Soft Blur Radiance Priming Balm ($40 at Gee Beauty).
The makeup artist lightly sculpted Cattrall’s skin with Westman Atelier’s Face Trace Cream Contour Stick in Biscuit, a cool beige coffee hue.
Next came cream blush, specifically Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk Lip & Cheek Glow.
Panchenko filled in Cattrall’s eyebrows with Kosas’ Brow Pop Dual-Action Filling and Shaping Easy Eyebrow Pencil in Soft Brown.
For Samantha’s daytime smoky eye, Panchenko used SUQQU Signature Color Eyes Shadow 01 ($75.97 at Amazon ). She then made the actor’s eyes pop by lining them with Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal Liner in Cocoa ($30 at Violet Grey).
For natural-looking voluminous lashes, Panchenko applied Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes Mascara ($32 at Sephora) and Lash Lash Individual Lashes in Valery.
For Samantha’s pretty pink pout, they used Lisa Eldrige Lip Pencil in Blush Lightly ($27 at Lisa Eldrige) with Lisa Eldridge Gloss Embrace Lip Gloss in Blush Lightly ($26 at Lisa Eldrige) on top.
