Are you ready for the next big cosmic shift? After months of celestial chaos, you might wonder how Aries season 2025 will affect each zodiac sign. While your anticipation and even dread are understandable, you might be pleasantly surprised by what Aries season will bring for your zodiac sign. Hold out hope, since Aries season might be better than expected.

Happy astrological new year! The cosmic energy should feel extra rejuvenating as soon as the sun enters Aries on March 20 at 5:01 a.m. ET. The start of Aries season coincides with the spring equinox, ushering in the return of life and vitality. You may feel more lively than usual, since the sun will be exalted and governed by Mars, Aries’ planetary ruler. Since the sun in Aries is remarkably strong, this will be a force to reckon with. The heightened energy will make you feel unstoppable, so find multiple outlets and activities to keep busy with throughout Aries season.

Shortly after Aries season begins, you may feel pressured to commit or quit when Pluto in Aquarius intensifies Venus retrograde in Aries on March 21. Do not let anyone or anything force you into making an early decision. Something may come to light that will completely change your tune. Wait until you have all the information, because you never know where you may stand until you have all the intel you need.

A highly anticipated Venus cazimi will occur on March 22, as Venus retrograde in Aries becomes one with the sun in Aries. The last few weeks may have been wild, to say the least. You could have struggled to make sense of your relationships, finances, or style. Luckily, the Venus cazimi will point you in the right direction. Think of this as your sign from the Universe to master your Venus retrograde lessons.

Who are you? Peer into your soul, as the sun in Aries becomes illuminated by Pluto in Aquarius on March 23. You cannot hide from who you are or what you love. A deep desire to feel empowered in your individuality and autonomy will encourage you to be authentic. Being your best and brightest self will require raw vulnerability. Show the world who you truly are.

If you know, you know when a Mercury cazimi unfolds on March 24. Mercury retrograde in Aries will enter the heart of the sun in Aries, helping you see the bigger picture. Like the Venus cazimi just days before, this Mercury cazimi will clarify what to learn and revisit throughout Mercury retrograde. Don’t take this for granted, since the Universe will help you see the bigger picture.

The second half of Venus retrograde will commence on March 27, when Venus retrograde slides back into Pisces and aligns with Neptune in Pisces. This initial energy will set the tone for the remaining retrograde period. You will have to reconsider if you have overstepped your boundaries. It may relate to a relationship, financial situation, or an aesthetic dilemma. Own your part to play instead of deluding yourself to avoid accountability.

Fateful yet unexpected beginnings will follow the new moon and partial solar eclipse in Aries. The eclipse will rise on March 29 at 6:57 a.m. ET, occurring at 9 degrees. It will be an important lunation, since it’s the last eclipse on the Aries-Libra axis. Pay attention to how this eclipse rounds out your cycle that began back in the spring 2023. You may feel more inclined to redefine your selfhood than ever during the final six-month lunar chapter.

Phase two of Mercury retrograde will also begin on March 29. Mercury retrograde will move back into Pisces and align with Neptune in Pisces. Whatever clarity you experienced days before might be overshadowed by confusion, illusion, and delusion. Take a step away from your situation to clear your mind once again. Return to handling your retrograde madness after the fog dissipates.

A cosmically historic event will take place on March 30. For the first time since the late 1800s, Neptune will be in Aries. Unless you’re a time traveler or immortal vampire, Neptune in Aries will be unlike anything we have gone through. Neptune in Aries will be like Pluto in Aquarius, since we don’t have any first-hand experiences or knowledge to gauge the transit. Neptune in Aries won’t last all year, so think of this as a taste of what’s to come. The planet of illusion and confusion will answer to warring Mars, Aries’ planetary ruler. Be wary of murky fights, sticking up for supposed underdogs, and initiating without a solid cause.

Do you know what you want? The Universe may nudge you in the right direction, as Venus retrograde in Pisces aspects the South Node of Karma and the North Node of Fate on April 1. It might feel like an April Fools’ joke if everything aligns just so. Although you might be skeptical, the fateful cosmic energy will encourage you to pay attention to your external signs and internal cues. You may know exactly what you need to do, but it might come at the cost of breaking away from a commitment or relationship.

A tough, but necessary conversation will help you move forward when Mercury retrograde in Pisces aspects the South Node of Karma and the North Node of Fate on April 4. Answers, confirmations, confessions, and more will come your way during this fateful cosmic energy. However, what you do with the divinely orchestrated information will be entirely up to you. You will have everything you need to make an informed decision or opinion regarding your retrograde experiences.

An interesting yet harmonious planetary alignment will occur on April 4, as Mars in Cancer, Saturn in Pisces, and Uranus in Taurus come together. This isn’t the time to be a goody two shoes. Break a few rules to get to where you want to be if you want to see a notable difference in your drive, ambition, and actions. Plus, you can still be responsibly rebellious when you decide to follow your lead instead of going by the books.

Expect to feel more hopeful over the next few days, since Jupiter in Gemini will uplift the sun in Aries on April 6. After a rough start to Aries season, you may finally feel like you’re getting back on the horse. Serendipitous events may occur, such as running into a friend or receiving something when you need it. Regardless of what happens, you should begin to feel more hopeful. You may not feel as worried about what the remainder of Aries season will bring.

Seriously reconsider if you want to be part of something, as Venus retrograde in Pisces strategizes with Saturn in Pisces on April 7. You have a chance to get what you want, be it better terms and conditions or out of a commitment altogether. However, you have to own what you want. Don’t pussyfoot around, since that won’t do you any favors. Take ownership of your needs and desires to get what you need from your arrangements.

The first Mercury retrograde of 2025 will end on April 7, when Mercury stations direct in Pisces, which will occur at 26 degrees. As the first retrograde ends, the post-shadow period will begin. All of the cosmic chaos will begin winding down throughout the post-shadow period. Instead of dreading this time, you may want to reframe your perspective to see it as an opportunity to close cycles and apply the lessons you have learned from Mercury retrograde.

Blessings in disguises may catch you off guard, because Uranus in Taurus will throw Venus retrograde in Pisces for a loop on April 8. When you least expect it, the Universe may hand deliver something you have been waiting for. You could receive clarity about a relationship, or find something you thought you lost. The twists and turns from this energy will likely result in something positive. Have faith that there will be some benefit to getting through this Venus retrograde.

Do you feel like you’re on the right path? You may receive a sign from the universe when Mars in Cancer aspects the South Node of Karma and the North Node of Fate on April 11. After months of deliberating on your next move, you may feel like now is the time to act. If not, you might feel like everything is aligning for you to create forward momentum. Trust that you will know when the time is right to take action.

Eclipse season will finally be over by the full moon in Libra on April 12, at 8:22 p.m. ET, which will occur at 23 degrees. The lunation will coincide with the end of a six-month cycle. Your manifestations and intentions will come full circle during the full moon in Libra. You may see notable differences in your arrangements, relationships, and commitments. Each agreement and partnership might be more balanced than ever before. If not, tip the scales back in your favor during the lunation.

After over a month of unrelenting chaos, Venus retrograde will finally end on April 12. Venus will station direct in Pisces, which will occur at 24 degrees. Once direct, Venus will begin working through its post-shadow period. You have a few more weeks to reflect on your retrograde experiences and to apply what you have learned. Use the post-shadow period to course-correct your finances, adjust your relationships, and improve your relationship with whatever you deem beautiful.

Mercury will be back in Aries on April 16. Since the post-shadow period for Mercury retrograde will be ongoing, you may need to initially consider whatever came up between March 3 to March 29. Reflect on how you argue with others, confront problems, and initiate important discussions. You may realize better ways to address personal issues, seek resolutions, and assert yourself in conversation.

Aries season and the astrological new year begins on March 20 at 5:01 a.m. ET.

Shortly after, Mercury in Aries will become enmeshed with Neptune in Aries on April 17. Don’t skirt around owning your part to play in a problem that could have led to an ongoing disagreement. Take ownership for something you may have said or done that led to this issue. Being delusional will not fly, especially if you want to move on from the lingering Mercury retrograde energy. Aim to be mature and responsible when addressing the elephant in the room.

You might be hit with déjà vu, since Mars will re-enter Leo on April 18. Given that the post-shadow period for Mars retrograde is ongoing, you may want to consider how Mars in Leo previously impacted your life from November 3, 2024, to January 6, 2025. Whatever happened then will be reviewed during the initial days of Mars re-entering Leo. Reflect on what impassions you to act, how your pride intertwines with your frustrations, and if you desire something more than lustful pleasures.

Springtime will continue to bud and blossom even after Aries season ends on April 19 when the sun enters Taurus at 3:55 p.m. ET. Taurus season will be remarkably slower and steadier than the chaotic onslaught of Aries season. Be cautiously optimistic as you head into Taurus season.
