Benson Boone was in a relationship with TikTok influencer and podcaster Maggie Thurmon from 2024 to 2025. She skyrocketed to fame when she started making TikToks with her father Dan, and they later started a podcast together called Wholesome Chaos.
It’s unclear when Maggie and Benson met, but they hard launched their relationship in March 2024 when they were photographed together at Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party. They walked the 2024 MTV VMA red carpet together and are continuously supporting each other. Maggie shared a video to her Instagram of her boyfriend performing his hit song “Beautiful Things” at the awards show with the caption, “Rockstar. Last night was incredible, you are incredible. Congratulations congratulations !!”
Multiple outlets reported that the two had broken up after Boone made a remark about relationships during his tour. “Sometimes people leave your life, whether it’s the right thing or the wrong thing, and it’s always horrible. Always,” he said on stage in a video by a fan posted on TikTok Sept. 10. “Every single time. It sucks. And it sucks to sit in it, and it sucks to be sad about it. And it sucks to feel that so hard sometimes, but it’s OK.”
