I’ve always known Jo Malone to be a top-tier fragrance and home brand, but it wasn’t until around a year ago that I actually took the plunge on one of its colognes. I was immediately obsessed, to say the least, and have been on the hunt for my next desert island Jo Malone perfume since then. So what better way to embark on this scent journey than to call in samples from the brand and take a trip downstairs to Sephora.

First, the samples from Jo Malone’s team. They kindly sent us mini-sized bottles of three of the brand’s bestsellers: Wood Sage & Sea Salt, English Pear & Sweet Pea, and Peony & Blush Suede. All of them caught the attention of different editors on my team, and you can read their honest reviews below.

Perhaps even more fun, though, was my trip to Sephora. I didn’t even intend to sniff every single bottle in the Jo Malone section of the store, but I couldn’t help myself. I didn’t want to miss a single one just in case I discovered my next go-to perfume.

The Best Jo Malone Perfumes at a Glance

Fragrance is a super individual and oftentimes personal thing. Of course, everyone has varying tastes and preferences. Some might gravitate towards floral notes, while others might reach for earthy ones. But you also have to realize that scents interact with skin differently. What might smell strong and last long on your skin, might not be the case for me. So factor in our editor’s reviews as you shop for the best Jo Malone perfumes, but also be sure to smell them in real life so you can be 100% sure of your decision. After all, this brand is definitely on the pricier end of the spectrum and is much more of a thought-through investment than an impulse buy.

Keep scrolling to discover the eight Jo Malone fragrances that made our editors’ cut. Who knows, you might just find your signature scent in this mix.
