The Best Zara Finds for Summer 2025

My selection included a mix of comfy and casual pieces that I can wear while working from home or running errands in 90-degree Los Angeles heat, as well as some breezy sets and cute tops that scream summer vacay. Despite the fitting room lineup (which had at least 20 people waiting to try on their Zara sale finds), I tried everything on in-store to get an idea of how they look IRL.

Up ahead, I share the best Zara finds from my fitting room haul, including the one item I ended up buying in every color.

Zara Flowy Pants & Tie Top Set

I love that Zara offers many styles in similar color schemes, so you can easily mix and match pieces to create your own set. When I saw the Zara Flowy Pants and Zara Gingham Tie Top in butter yellow, I knew I had to try them on together. These are both constructed from lightweight and flowy materials, making them perfect for sweltering summer heat. You can wear them as a set like I did, or pair the pants with a basic tank or graphic tee and the top with a pair of cut-off denim shorts or baggy jeans. My only complaint: The top runs a little big (and I have a small chest), so I wish I could have sized down to an XS.

I am obsessed with Zara’s denim utility shirts and own a few from previous seasons that I wear religiously as lightweight jackets in the summer and fall. The Zara Pocketed Z1975 Denim Jacket is a cross between a denim shirt and a denim jacket, making it the best jacket for summer. I tried it on in a size small, but it’s slightly oversized so I could have sized down if I wanted (I prefer to keep my jackets a little big so I can easily layer).

Zara Linen Boxer Shorts & Ribbed Bodysuit

Out of everything I tried on at Zara, the Linen Boxer Shorts and Ribbed Bodysuit were my favorites—so much so that I walked away with these brown linen shorts, plus bought the bodysuit in all four colors (including the baby pink). I am usually a size small in tops, but I have a long waist and like to size up in bodysuits so I am not as restricted. I tried the bodysuit on in a size medium and found it fit like a glove with plenty of flexibility to move around comfortably. The shorts fit true to size (I tried them on in a size small) and are made from a lightweight linen blend that is so comfortable. After taking this outfit home, I ended up wearing it two days in a row (don’t judge me—I work from home!).

Zara jeans are some of the best-fitting jeans ever, and the fact that they’re usually around $50 to $70 makes them that much better. I tried the Zara High-Waisted TRF Mom Fit Jeans and loved the way they fit. These jeans feature that timeless high-waisted denim fit with more relaxed straight legs that feel a little more modern compared to the OG mom jeans that cinch at the ankles. They’re constructed from a durable cotton material that keeps its shape without feeling too restrictive, too, making them all the more comfortable.

Zara Leopard Baseball Hat

I am a sucker for a good baseball hat and can’t say no to anything leopard. So, when I saw the Zara Embroidered Animal Print Twill Cap, it was an immediate yes. This hat is one size with an adjustable strap in the back, versatile enough to wear with multiple looks (including flowy sun dresses!), and a great alternative to all of the sports team hats in my closet.

If you’re headed to Europe this summer, the Zara ZW Collection Asymmetric Flower Top is a must-have for your vacation wardrobe. It’s so lightweight and airy, making it one of the best tops for heat waves, too. I think the top looks so cute with a pair of jeans or denim shorts, but would also look great with a flowy maxi skirt or even a ruffled mini skirt for something a bit more breezy.

You can’t go wrong with a gauzy set in the summer, and the Rustic Wide Leg Pants and Hemstitch Short Shirt look so cute together. I am short and often need an XS in this pants style, otherwise I am drowning in extra length. Unfortunately, my local Zara only had the pants in a size small, but I tried them on anyway for science. Aside from the length, the pants were so comfortable, and I loved the wide leg fit. The shirt was also so cute (I am wearing a size small) and versatile enough to wear with the pants as a set, or pair with some comfy shorts.

I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of jeans with a crossover waist for a long time. In my search, I’ve found that these don’t always work with my body and often have gaps or sit too low—but not the Zara TRF High Waist Crossover Waist Wide Leg Jeans. These jeans fit like a glove and were so comfy. While they might be a little too thick for late summers in Los Angeles (it’s hot here through October!), they’re absolutely a style I’d wear in more transitional seasons with a cute camisole tank or even a tube top for those Y2K vibes.
