Dee Devlin is a 36-year-old Irish businesswoman who used to work as a model and waitress before quitting and dedicating herself to McGregor’s career. She is a part of McGregor’s management and promotional teams and is even more supportive at home.

McGregor told the Irish Mirror, “My girlfriend worked very hard throughout the years and stuck by me when I had essentially absolutely nothing.”. He says that being able to “give her everything she’s ever wanted” has been one of his biggest joys and “fills him with pride”.

Devlin has spoken about how she always knew he was going to be a star and never doubted him for a second. “It’s weird for me to say but we just always knew he was going to get to this level and every few months it just keeps going and going and going and the sky’s the limit.”

After 12 years together, Conor McGregor and Dee Devlin got engaged in 2020 and are currently still planning their big wedding. McGregor took to Instagram and showed off the big ring “What a birthday, my future wife !”

Besides being an entrepreneur and the richest MMA fighter right now, he is a wonderful dad of four with Devlin. Conor Jack Jr, 6, is the oldest son and was born in 2017. They had a daughter Coria, 4, in 2019. Rian, 2, in 2021, and now baby Mack in 2023. I mean talk about a power couple. 

On Live! with Kelly and Mark, McGregor talked about how “training is picking up with Jr” hinting at following in his dad’s footsteps. Coria is “being initiated in the big school now” and is meeting all her teachers– talk about big moves! He boasts about the new baby on the way, “We are all excited back home” and feels very “blessed.”

How Did Conor McGregor and Dee Devlin Meet?

Mcgregor and Devlin met unexpectedly in 2008 when she was 19 and he was 21. They spoke to VIP magazine and where Deviln said, “I knew her a bit beforehand, but I think the first time I spoke to her properly was when I saw her in a nightclub” After they began chatting the rest was history. He said, “She seemed like a nice girl, and I like good girls.” 

When Devlin was asked if she thought she was always second best to his training she said “I’ve actually never really thought of it like that”. She says it is normal like when “I go to work; he goes to training”. Mcgregor calls her his “lifesaver” and “wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t for her”.
