What is American Horror Story: Delicate about? The latest season of American Horror Story revolves around indie actress Anna Alcott (played by Emma Roberts) whose biggest dream is to be pregnant and have a child. She struggles to have a baby and undergoes trials of IVF. After an attempt, she gets pregnant but suffers a miscarriage. But somehow, something deep inside of her thinks that she hasn’t lost the baby as it moves inside of her.

Her support is her publicist and best friend Siobhan Corbyn (played by Kim Kardashian) who encourages her to go to lengths to accomplish her dream of having a baby. They met at an IVF support group and throughout the season, Anna encounters more creepy happenings in order for the baby’s birth to go well. At the end of the first episode, Anna received threats on the night of her Watch What Happens Live appearance. Will she be able to have this baby by the end of the season?

How does Delicate Condition end? The ending of Delicate Condition is more of a happy one than one can expect, but still a little bit on the terrifying side. Despite the hallucinations and creepy happenings revolving her pregnancy, Anna Alcott gives birth to a healthy baby. Her husband Dex dies in a car crash on the way to the hospital, and Siobhan dies in the hospital when Anna is giving birth. In order for the baby to turn out healthy and not a monster due to all the spells that the coven cast on Anna to have a baby, the baby is actually reborn as Siobhan. The two have the same hand-shaped birthmark on their face which confirms that Siobhan was reincarnated as the little one. She also names the baby after her friend.

Anna ended up as an Academy Award Winner turned director, so she accomplished all her successful dreams. She’s working on a film on infertility, and attending an infertility support group in Brooklyn. She meets a lady named Lena who is struggling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Anna lends out a hand of support and mentions the group that helped her become pregnant, signifying that she may be part of the coven.
