Diddy Faces More Sexual Assault Lawsuits After Hundreds of Accusers Came Forward—Here’s a List of His Victims

There are currently more than hundreds of claims from alleged victims. A Texas law firm said it was set to represent more than 50 alleged victims of sexual assault and abuse claims against Combs. “The Buzbee Law Firm has been associated by the Ava Law Group to act as Lead Counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his cohorts,” attorney Tony Buzbee posted via Instagram.

“This group of brave individuals includes both men and women; many were minors when the abuse occurred. Some of these brave individuals reported the incidents to the police, others did not. Each individual story is gut-wrenching and heartbreaking. The acts complained of occurred at hotels, private homes, and also at the infamous PDiddy ‘Freak Off’ parties.”

“I expect many other individuals will be implicated. We expect to have a press conference early next week where some of these stories can be told as the nation learns more and grapples with the potential scope of this scandal,” the post concluded.

In a press conference held on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Buzzbee said that he’s had more than 3,000 individuals come forward to his office with accusations against Combs. He is currently representing more than 120 accusers with allegations against the entertainment mogul that occurred over 20 years. According to CNN, twenty-five victims were minors at the time of the alleged acts, and a few victims have spoken with the FBI. Buzbee also alleged that many big celebrity names were associated with Diddy’s abuse. “It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure damn sure we are right before we do that,” Buzbee continued. “These names will shock you.”

Buzbee later said that his law firm received lots of calls on their hotline. “From the press conference we had yesterday, we’ve had 12,000 calls in about 24 hours,” Buzbee said. “So, our Herculean task is to try to sift through every one of these calls and make sure that we’re identifying those who are victims and those who are witnesses and collect evidence.”

Diddy’s lawyers responded to the claims and lawsuits denying the accusations. “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” a statement read to Rolling Stone. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.  In court, the truth will prevail:  that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

Jane Doe 2

On September 27, 2024, after Diddy’s arrest in New York City, another Jane Doe came forward with a fresh lawsuit against the rapper. According to TMZ, the lawsuit claims Diddy repeatedly assaulted her over four years and says one of the encounters even resulted in her getting pregnant. She ultimately suffered a miscarriage.

Jane Doe also accused Diddy of drugging her, using ketamine and other substances in 2022, which resulted in her blacking out. It was after he raped her while she was unconscious that the alleged pregnancy happened—and he continued to harass and berate her via phone calls and texts after the fact.

Cassie Ventura

On November 16, 2023, Casandra Ventura, also known as R&B singer Cassie, filed a lawsuit in a New York federal court against Combs, whom she dated between 2005 and 2018. She claimed he’d been sexually and physically abusive throughout their relationship, ranging from beating Ventura and forcing her to have sex with other men, to raping her at her home in 2018. They settled the next day.

“We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love,” Combs said in a Friday statement obtained by CNN, with his lawyer adding: “A decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Ben Brafman said. “Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

Attorney Douglas Wigdor, who represents Ventura and an anonymous plaintiff referred to as Jane Doe, issued this statement, per ABC7, after the raids: “We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct.”

On May 19, 2024, CNN obtained a video of Diddy physically assaulting his then-girlfriend which is similar to an incident Cassie described in her lawsuit against him that took place in March 2016 at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles. The complaint alleges Combs paid the InterContinental Century City $50,000 for the hallway security footage that shows him throwing her to the ground and kicking her repeatedly.

Diddy finally confronted his behavior in an apology video issues the day after the video was published. “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that,” Combs said in a video statement posted to Instagram. “I was f—ked up—I hit rock bottom—but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable.” He continued: “I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I am disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now.”

Joi Dickerson-Neal

A woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal alleged in a lawsuit Combs drugged her, sexually assaulted her, and secretly recorded the assault while she was a college student in 1991. “These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab,” a Combs representative told Newsweek.

“Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.”

Lil Rod

Producer Lil Rod, aka Ronnie Jones Jr., sued Diddy for sexual assault and sex trafficking on March 4, among other claims, while working on The Love Album from September 2022 to November 2023. In a lengthy filing obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Jones was allegedly forced by Combs to engage in sex acts, made to solicit sex workers, drugged, humiliated, and says he was repeatedly groped. He sought $30 million in restitution.

“Mr. Jones is nothing more than a con man, shamelessly looking for an easy and wholly undeserved payday,” attorney Shawn Holley said at the time. “We have indisputable, incontrovertible proof that his claims are complete fabrications. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored. We look forward to addressing these ridiculous claims in court and intend to take all appropriate action against all who are attempting to peddle them.”

Jane Doe 1

On December 6, 2023, a woman sued Diddy for sex trafficking, gender-motivated violence, and gang rape when she was 17 years old. “As alleged in the complaint, Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by the three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio,” the plaintiff’s attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, said in a statement. “The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life.”

Crystal McKinney 

Model Crystal McKinney accused Diddy of drugging and sexually assaulting her in his recording studio in 2003. McKinney claimed in the lawsuit obtained by People that she was instructed to sit “directly across from Combs” at the event and that he “made a very public display of coming on to [her] in a sexually suggestive manner which continued throughout the dinner.”

Back at Diddy’s studio, McKinney claims she was offered weed, and alleges she “later came to understand that Combs had laced the joint with a narcotic or other intoxicating substance,” per the lawsuit. She then alleges Combs led her into a bathroom where he forced her to perform oral sex, after which he said she became “physically sick” and lost consciousness.

Niykee Heaton

On June 8, 2024, Niykee Heaton took to Instagram Live to detail an alleged incident that occurred when she was 19 years old when she had “just left home.” Following the success of Bad Intentions, she described being invited by Ye (formerly Kanye West) to his recording studio.

She claimed that when she arrived, Diddy and Ye were “completely f—ked up … drunk, but probably something else,” but they were “watching” her “strangely.” When she was offered a drink, Niykee pretended to sip, which she observed “seemed to make them happy,” but alarm bells had already started sounding for Niykee internally. “There’s something f—king in this drink,” suggesting that perhaps the beverage was “laced” with something.

Any women who were in the recording studio filed out, including Niykee’s manager who said she was just going to the bathroom. Niykee was left alone in the room with Diddy, Ye, “an executive who works with Kanye,” “his engineer,” and “his cousin.”

She then claimed they pressured her to take her clothes off because it was “so hot” in the studio, which she refused. “I’m like, ‘This is a bad situation, I’m creeped out, but there’s no reason to panic. There are other men here,’” she said. “They start pawing at me and I’m like, ‘You guys, stop, stop.’ They’re going to the point where they had ripped my shirt off and I’m almost fully exposed,” she alleged. It got to the point, she said, where they had “ripped” her shirt off. “I’m almost fully exposed at this point,” she continued, explaining that her back was literally up against a wall.

“This is the part that for as long as I live I’ll never f—king forget,” she said. “It isn’t actually the aspect of being sexually assaulted. That’s not what haunts me… It’s as these two grown men were pawing at me trying to take my clothes off, I look over to this man asking for help, and I literally mouth the word ‘Help’ and we lock eyes, and he looks away,” she said as her eyes began to well. “No one’s f—king saving me tonight and that’s when I was truly scared.”

Luckily, Niykee was able to escape by “lunging” forward, throwing the rappers off balance, and finding her way to the exit. She claimed she hid in another recording studio for about 25 minutes before finding her manager and getting an Uber home. Neither Diddy nor Ye have ever responded to the accusations and Diddy has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd’s client

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd went on NewsNation on behalf of her client who claimed that Diddy raped her in 2018. She discussed a sex tape involving a “more high-profile” person that was being shopped around amid the allegations. “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge.”

She stated that the video was recorded at Diddy’s home in Atlanta, was “pornographic in nature,” and the person in the video did not seem aware of the recording. “She called me and told me about her assault and her escape. She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object and then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.” The woman escaped and she was able to get help from a neighbor.

John Doe #1

A John Doe claimed that Diddy abused him at one of his White parties. In the lawsuit, he recalled that he had a conversation about the business and it “took an unexpected turn for the worst.” Combs allegedly told Doe to “drop his pants” and expose his penis so Combs could “inspect it,” the lawsuit states. When the teen resisted, Combs allegedly responded, “Don’t you want to break into the business?”

Diddy then grabbed John Doe’s penis and genitals with his hand” and began “squeezing and feeling” the teen’s genitals. Afterward, Combs allegedly told Doe that his “people would be in touch.” The alleged encounter “continues to humiliate and cause shame,” the lawsuit claims.

Jane Doe # 3

A Jane Doe came forward saying she was assaulted by Combs in 2004 when she was 19 years old. In a party setting, Diddy “suddenly grabbed” her and her friends and isolated them in a separate room with Combs while allegedly telling them, “You know what you are here for.”

The Jane Doe alleges Combs instructed her and her friend to imbibe alcohol and cocaine that he had prepared for them on a table. “Combs continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly touching them without consent,” the lawsuit states. “When they resisted, Combs ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed.”

John Doe #2

A second John Doe came forward to state that he was assaulted by Diddy when he was at a party in New York City in 2021. He claims he was picked up at the airport by Combs’ associates and offered ecstasy by Combs’ employees. He drank what he believed was alcohol but, “In a state of confusion, he attempted to remove himself from the situation, seeking a safe space,” the lawsuit claims. “As [Doe] tried to leave, a male voice told him to ‘hold on,’ and he promised to help him.”

Doe claims he later woke up in a bedroom paralyzed, unable to “move, speak, or fight back.” “He distinctly recalled seeing Combs above him, naked, at one point during the assault,” the lawsuit claims. “During this time, Plaintiff was sodomized by at least three men.” 

John Doe #3

 Another John Doe claimed that he was assaulted by Diddy and his entourage at the flagship Macy’s Herald Square department store in Manhattan in May 2008. The victim worked as an advisor for Ecko Clothing which was a rival to Diddy’s clothing brand Sean John line.

“Combs approached Plaintiff while Plaintiff was still on his hands and knees and said ‘Suck my dick, Ecko,’ referring to the clothing line that Plaintiff worked for,” the lawsuit claims. “Combs thereafter forced his penis into Plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to forcefully, and brutally, orally rape Plaintiff.”

John Doe #4

A John Doe came forward alleging that Diddy assaulted him at his 2006 White Party. The John Doe claimed that Diddy offered him a drink and became “extremely ill and leaned against his truck for support,” the lawsuit states. While the security guard was in distress, allegedly because he had been drugged, Combs approached the man and “pushed [him] into an open van,” the complaint says.

The lawsuit claims that Diddy “overpowered” and sexually assaulted the man as he “struggled to escape.” The complaint says Combs dismissed the man’s “pleas for help by repeatedly saying, ‘You’ll be alright.’”

Jane Doe #5

A Jane Doe claimed Diddy assaulted her when she attended a promo party for The Notorious B.I.G.’s music video “One More Chance” at Elks Plaza in June 1995.“ Feeling uncomfortable and confused, [Doe] asked him to slow down, believing they were there to talk,” the lawsuit claims. “Instead, Combs advanced aggressively. When [Doe] attempted to pull away, he violently struck her, slamming her head against the wall and causing her to fall to the floor.” 

The woman claims that Combs raped her as she “lay helpless on the floor.” Afterward, he allegedly threatened her, saying, “You better not tell anyone about this, or you will disappear.”

Jane Doe #6

A woman who was 13-years-old at the time alleged that Diddy and two celebrities raped her at the 2000 VMAs. “Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room,” states the 19-page filing, obtained by Deadline. “Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You are ready to party!’”

The filing alleged that Diddy forced her to perform oral sex, but the woman fought back by hitting him in the neck. “Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched,” the lawsuit claims. “After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched.”
