No, Dune 2 does not have a post-credits scene. Denis Villeneuve has previously expressed that he would never do post-credits scenes in his movies. “I don’t like post-credits scenes,” Villeneuve told NME in an interview when the first Dune came out. “There is a very specific final emotion that I was looking for with the final frame [of ‘Dune’] and I don’t want to mess with that. So no, I don’t use post-credits scenes. I’ve never done that and I would never.”

No, Dune 2 does not have a director’s cut. When Dune was released, Jason Momoa made headlines for saying he wanted a six-hour cut released. However, Villeneuve assured that it’s not going to be released.
