He’s one of the internet’s boyfriend, so it’s natural for people to wonder who Dylan O’Brien’s girlfriend is. The Twinless actor keeps quiet about his personal life, but some fans managed to find hints about his relationships online.
Though he’s pretty mum about who he’s dating right now, he’s pretty open about his red and green flags. On what he thinks is a relationship rule that he hates, he told Glamour, “Making the move. I hate that. I think that is so uncomfortable. Having to read the moment…I much prefer to ask if I want to kiss somebody. You know what’s sexy? Communication. [Laughs.] Clear communication. Not surprising someone with a kiss when maybe they don’t fucking want to or they’re not ready or not feeling it.”
He even dished on a manifestation that came true. “I will say that my crush, like a few months ago, did kiss me, like, midsentence, and it was really cool,” he recalled. “But that’s a very specific situation. So I do get the flare of it, but for the most part, an even playing field is more comfortable…and not surprising women with kisses.”
Dylan O’Brien was first linked to Rachael Lange after they were seen holding hands at Paris Fashion Week in 2023. She hard launched their relationship in an Instagram carousel where the actor was picking out pumpkins. “Really cute fall things,” she wrote in the caption.
The two haven’t said anything public about their relationship, but you can often spot him in her Instagram posts.

Sabrina sings, ‘Could be John or Larry, gosh, who’s to say? Or the one that rhymes with “Villain” if I’m feeling that way.” If you didn’t catch it, John rhymes with Shawn, Larry rhymes with Barry, and Villain definitely rhymes with Dylan.
Gracie Abrams and Dylan O’Brien were rumored to be dating in 2022 after they were spotted hanging out together in 2022. Some Gracie fans think that the singer wrote “Us” about their relationship after she sang, “You’re 29 years old,” which would be the age that Dylan would be in their 7-year age gap.
Dylan O’Brien dated Britt Robinson from 2012 to 2018. The two would often visit each other on set and for the Teen Wolf actor, it was much needed. “You get nervous, you know,” he told On Demand Entertainment ,in 2015, adding, “I get nervous with her on set because you know, I think the world of her as an actress, too, not just my girlfriend, you know, she’s also like a fantastic actress, so you’re kind of just shy doing it; you get butterflies.”
The couple was confirmed to be broken up by 2018 after speculation that the former Girlboss actress moved on with actor Graham Rogers.
