Is Hannah Brown joining Bachelor in Paradise Season 9? Hannah B., who was the lead of The Bachelorette Season 15, was seen in the Bachelor in Paradise Season 9 trailer when she arrives at the beach in Sayulita, Mexico, with a date card. “Is that Hannah Brown?” someone says. “What? She’s here to date?” someone else says. The trailer also shows Brayden Bowers from The Bachelorette Season 20 with Charity Lawson going up to Hannah B. and giving her a hug. “No. Like, I’ll just come on home,” says Brooklyn Willie, a contestant from The Bachelor Season 27 with Zach Shallcross. Hannah B. was one of four former Bachelorettes season in the Bachelor in Paradise Season 9 trailer, along with Season 18 Bachelorette Katie Thurston; Season 19 Bachelorette Rachel Recchia; and Season 20 Bachelorette Charity Lawson.
So… is Hannah Brown joining Bachelor in Paradise Season 9? The answer is no. Hannah B. is dating model Adam Woolard and has been with him since 2021, so it’s likely that she was just on Bachelor in Paradise Season 9 to give a date card. In an episode of her podcast “Better Tomorrow” in August 2023, Hannah B. revealed that she and Adam met on a dating app. “I think we should definitely go into, like, a full episode about just our relationship, in general, but we met on a dating app,” Hannah B. said. “And it’s so crazy. I had great luck on a dating app. I was only on it for, like, maybe a little over a week and met Adam. … It was, like, maybe two weeks.”
Hannah B. also noted that she wasn’t on the app “long” and “didn’t go on many dates,” though she “definitely” went on a few dates “one week back to back” before she matched with Adam. “We are madly in love and we just have a good time together,” she said. She also opened up about Woolard’s “supportive” nature as she started her podcast. “He’s definitely been a part of, just, the whole process of getting this started and has been so supportive. And so, when I asked him to come on today, he was pumped. More than happy,” she said.
Hannah B. also called Woolard a “blessing” in an interview with People in March 2023. “Everything with us has been so easy, it’s such a blessing,” she said in March. “I think I’m more the messy one, but he just laughs about it. He’s helpful, he cleans, cooks, does everything. He checks off things I didn’t even know I wanted. And he’s my partner in everything.”
She also told Variety about how she’s come to realize that her Bachelorette Season 15 finalists, Peter Weber and Tyler Cameron, were not “the one” for her. “I’ve lived a life where I want to be the good girl. The right thing on that show is to find a person. I wasn’t grounded enough to listen to that immediate instinct that was true all along,” she said.
She continued, “With a lot of these men — with Peter and Tyler — I thought that they loved me, but then when it came to real life, I don’t know if anybody loved me. It was all bullcrap, and that really hurt. When these men could finally have me, it felt like they didn’t want to anymore in real life. I thought, ‘Did they just want ‘The Bachelorette’ and not Hannah?'”
