Elordi is known for his love of black ensembles, but he is never boring about his approach to wearing the minimalist color. At the 2020 pre-Golden Globes party hosted by Saint Laurent, the actor wore a head-to-toe ensemble from the brand, including a sparkling black shirt, a classic black suit and black pointy-toe boots. The statement shirt is evidence that just because you are wearing a monochrome all-black look doesn’t mean you can’t make it interesting. Even an all-neutral ensemble can become bold.

While he was out and about again in January in Midtown New York, Elordi opted for another head-to-toe black ensemble with hardware accents on the lapel, channeling businessman with an edge. The selling point of this outfit, though, was the accessories. Elordi opted to wear sunglasses at night, adorning his fingers with multiple rings and completing his jewelry spectacle with a bracelet. It was another one of his lessons on elevating all-black by never understanding the power of metal accents.

By Aug. 2021, most major U.S. cities had fully reopened after months of COVID-19 precautions. Although there was a return to going outside, many people were still cautious about masking up. Elordi was spotted walking around masked up for precautions, but despite having half his face covered, he still served style. The actor walked the streets wearing a creative formal ensemble, including a burgundy suit, a white pinstripe shirt, and a casual black tote bag. The elevated daytime look was also a great PSA for remembering to still mask in a post-vaccine world.
White Shoes

Wearing white shoes is still considered controversial by some. For the longest time, the fashion rule was that white shoes were for babies, brides and tennis players. Despite white shoes sometimes being looked at as a fashion faux pas, Elordi gave them a stylish twist in a head-to-toe neutral ensemble. The actor was seen, still cautiously masking up, wearing a black blazer, white button-up dress shirt, gray slacks, and pearl white shoes with white socks as he walked the streets of Los Angeles. White loafers can be pulled off, despite what the critics think; just make sure they are well-maintained and never get dingy.
Bags and Burberry

Among the fashion brands that have attached their star to Elordi, Burberry has shown its fandom for the actor. Elorid attended the British luxury brand’s fall 2023 runway show during London Fashion Week. For the occasion, he wore a head-to-toe Burberry ensemble, including a buttery black leather jacket, a classic white T-shirt, black trousers with white piping and a black crossbody bag. The bag was a welcome addition to Elordi’s crossbody collection, which also includes Fendi, Celine and Bottega Veneta. Gentleman, if you’re considering accessorizing with a crossbody bag, Elordi would say go for it.

While he was off-duty during Milan Fashion Week, Elordi attempted to appear incognito as he perused the streets of Milan. The actor donned a pair of simple shades, a Polo Ralph Lauren beige bucket hat, Valentino jeans, patterned Valentino sneakers, and a Valentino Locò bag. The most notable aspect of Elordi’s outfit, though, was his heavily oversized, slouchy polo. The oversized look can be hard to pull off without looking sloppy, but he does it effortlessly. At 6’5’’, oversized works on him, so remember, the slouchy shirt look doesn’t work on everyone.

When it came time for Valentino’s official runway show, Elordi cleaned up well, wearing a classic white shirt, a Valentino V-logo tie, a black leather jacket, shorts that only covered half his thighs and black Valentino stud boots. For anyone with comments on the length of his shorts, Elordi had his hater blockers on with a pair of square Valentino shades. These were the shorts seen around the world as his outfit became a topic of discussion. It also showed men an elevated way to wear shorts, rather than a casual approach.

For a fall 2023 appearance on the “Today” show, Elordi kept it classic in an elongated black top coat suitable for the season. He channeled the ‘90s in medium-wash denim jeans, completing the look with a black sweater and mahogany boots. The selling point of his look was his tinted aviators, affirming that sunglasses aren’t only for summer.
