This is a montage of Jisoo’s love. The BLACKPINK member is ready to release her debut solo project Amortage and her love and memories are inspiring it all.

Like most K-pop idols, Jisoo kept her dating life really private in the early days of her career. In a 2016 interview, Jisoo explained how strict her company YG Entertainment and CEO Yang Hyun-Suk were about dating. “The first time I met Yang-Hyun Suk, he asked me, ‘Do you happen to have a boyfriend right now?’ At the time, I was wearing a ring, and he even asked what that ring was,” she said. “I didn’t have a boyfriend, and It was just a ring.” She also revealed she never had a boyfriend at the time.

Since then, the rules have been relaxed for the BLACKPINK members, with several of them announcing their relationships to the media. The members have also ventured to other companies to release their solo material, but they’re still under YG Entertainment for group activities.

Who is Jisoo’s boyfriend?

Rumors started to circulate that Jisoo was dating her Snowdrop co-star Jung Hae-in. However, the rumors were shut down when Jisoo started dating his good friend Ahn Bo-hyun. The actor recalled he discovered the news of his friends dating online. Soompi quoted him saying, “I also saw it through the entertainment news section of a web portal before this interview,” and added, “I hope the two of them will continue their healthy and beautiful relationship. I didn’t know they were dating.”

He added, “I’m not very interested in dating news of celebrities and such. I’m also a celebrity, but I’m not that interested in other people’s relationships.”

Jisoo dated Ahn Bo-hyun for two months. The Itaewon Class actor’s agency FN Entertainment, confirmed to PEOPLE in August 2023 that the two were dating. “The two are getting to know each other carefully with a good feeling. We would appreciate it if you watch them with warm eyes,” a statement from FN Entertainment read.

However, the two called it quits two months later in October. A source told JTBC that the two “naturally became distant due to their busy schedules” and went their separate ways as a result. YG Entertainment confirmed the news to Sports Chosun.
