In the midst of COVID-19 Pandemic lockdowns, Katie Holmes put on the PDA with chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. However, they called it quits the following year because of her love for travel. “They split several weeks ago. There was no drama,” a source told People. “It was amazing while it lasted, but they are at very different places in life. Emilio has no hard feelings. His life is in N.Y.C. Katie can’t wait to get back to work and to travel again.”

Jamie Foxx (2013 – 2019)

Despite numerous paparazzi photos of them together, Foxx and Holmes never confirmed their six-year-long relationship. “Katie and Jamie live a very private lifestyle and intend to keep it that way,” a source told Us Weekly at the time. “They don’t plan on getting engaged anytime soon because they’re happy with how things are right now.” Right after they made their public debut as a couple at the 2019 Met Gala, the two broke up.

The reason why Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes broke up is because of differing lifestyles. “It has been many years of him stepping out with other women,” a source told Us Weekly. “He’s disrespectful and their lives were different. His partying ways don’t fit with hers as she’s focused on raising her daughter and working.”

Another source revealed that Katie Holmes was overheard saying “What Jamie does is his business — we haven’t been together for months” to a pal in New York City shortly before the split was confirmed.

In his new Netflix special What Had Happened Was…, Jamie Foxx shaded his relationship with Katie Holmes. “Sisters, I’m here to tell you, I’ve been cured,” Jamie sang while performing a piano number. “I’ve been cured of everything, no more white girls. I’m serious, no more white girls.”

“No more potato salad and raisins,” Jamie continued. “No more white girls! No more spray tan, no more big titties, no ass. No more white girls I gotta let ’em know!”

Tom Cruise (2005 – 2012)

The two often spent time apart because of Katie’s busy filming schedules. “We certainly don’t see each other as much as we’d like, but we try to use the time that we have to the best of our advantage,” he told People. The two later called it quits.

Klein fondly remembered their relationship. “I was working all the time and [Holmes] was involved in a TV show that filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina, so we’d hang on hiatuses,” he told The Daily Beast in 2012. “We were kids, man … We were all working, successful, and having fun. It was late ‘90s, young Hollywood, and we were having a good time … not unlike all those vampires today.” Holmes told W that she and Klein “care about each other and we’re still friends.”

Katie Holmes dated her Dawson’s Creek co-star Joshua Jackson for a year. She told Rolling Stone at the time, “I met somebody last year.
