Ever since he made his Bravo debut on The Real Housewives of Miami, fans have wanted to know more about Lisa Hochstein’s boyfriend and who she’s dating now after her split from her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein. Lisa joined The Real Housewives of Miami—Bravo’s reality TV series following the personal and professional lives of wealthy women living in Miami, Florida—in Season 2 in 2012.
The series—which is a part of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise featuring 11 cities across the world—premiered in 2011 and was canceled in 2013. It was rebooted by Peacock, NBC Universal’s streaming service, in 2021 after almost a decade off the air. The Real Housewives of Miami moved from Peacock to Bravo in 2023 in Season 6, which premiered in November 2023.
Lisa and Lenny were a main storyline in The Real Housewives of Miami Season 5 after Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage. The couple married in 2009 and share two children: son Logan and daughter Elle. In his divorce filing, which was obtained by Page Six, Lenny stated that his “marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no present hope for a meaningful reconciliation.” The filing also notes that Lenny and Lisa signed a prenuptial agreement before they married which requires him to pay spousal support to Lisa.
“I didn’t anticipate this to happen in front of the world. My soon-to-be ex even said to me that he was contemplating waiting until after the show aired to drop this bomb on me,” Lisa told TV Insider in March 2023 about her and Lenny’s split playing out in The Real Housewives of Miami Season 5. “For whatever reason, he decided to drop it. I questioned him asking, ‘Why would you do this?’ It’s super embarrassing. It’s not something I want to show to the world. I wasn’t prepared for that. I was totally blindsided. There are people who have said that I knew this was coming. I absolutely did not know this was coming. He even asked me to have a third child, discussing this among friends at a dinner two weeks before. We would do date nights and movie nights. We were just in Aspen and planning to go to a wedding in Italy with some friends. There are so many things that happened where I thought we were happy. Then boom. He dropped the bomb.”

Lisa Hochstein and her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, confirmed their relationship in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in February 2023. “I guess it’s sort of out of the bag,” Lisa said at the time. “Yeah, I’m dating. I’m dating this guy. He’s a great guy. He’s been super supportive of me.”
Lisa also explained how Jody is “different to what [she was] used to” with her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein, whom she split from in 2022 after 13 years of marriage. “[He] has empathy, he cares,” Lisa said of Jody, explaining that her boyfriend “wants to motivate me to do better, be my best. So, it’s a lot of things that I’m not used to dealing with, or used to having from my previous relationship.”
Jody is from Canada, but current lives and works in Miami, Florida, where Lisa lives with her and Lenny’s two children: son Logan and daughter Elle Marie. Jody graduated with his Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of News Brunswick. He graduated from Harvard University in 2011 with a master’s degree in management information systems. Jody is also the founder and CEO of Introhive, a tech company he launched in 2012. The company has since been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50 and Fast 500 Awards programs for four consecutive years and was named the MarTech Breakthrough Award winner for Best CRM Innovatio in 2020.
Introhive is also the fifth company Jody has founded. He’s also the founder and CEO of Postilize, another tech company that uses AI to change how companies build their base of customers. Like Lisa, Jody is also a parent. He’s the father of one child, a daughter named Peyton, who was born in 2009.
Lisa and Jody went Instagram official in July 2023, five months after Lisa confirmed their romance. “My love ❤️ @miami_jody thanks for being there for me,“ Lisa captioned a photo of her and Jody at the time, to which Jody commented, “I’ll always have your back. Love you baby.”
Jody, for his prt, shared the same photo to his own Instagram, writing, “Sometimes our past is just meant to teach us to be better for our next future. We’ve both experienced a lot and grown a lot and I look forward to so much more. Love you so much.”
