Love Is Blind Season 7 is barely in the rearview mirror, but so it’s already time to start thinking about Love Is Blind Season 8. The Netflix reality show, which brings a group of singles together and makes them not just date in pods without ever seeing each other – but commit to marriage before they can see the person on the other side, has now confirmed not just a Season 8, but the city the new season will be set in.
Netflix’s TV reality dating show has already been filmed in many different cities around the country, and the franchise has expanded internationally, with Love is Blind editions in Brazil, Mexico, Sweden, Japan, the UK, the United Arab Emirates, and Argentina. In the United States, the first seven editions of the show were filmed in Atlanta, Santa Clarita, California, Dallas, Seattle, Houston, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Washington D.C.

The show, which sometimes feels like it’s more about drama than about love, nonetheless has a pretty good track record when it comes to long-lasting couples, with two couples from Season 1, two couples from Season 3, three couples from Season 4, and 1 couple from Season 5 and Season 6 respectively still together. Two couples married in Love Is Blind Season 7.
Love is Blind’s release schedule is typically two a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. This will hold true for Love Is Blind Season 8, which already has a release date. Season 6 of the show premiered on Valentine’s Day 2024, with Season 7 premiering in October. So, where will Love Is Blind Season 8 – which has likely already been filmed – be set? And when will the season premiere?
The Love is Blind reunion confirmed that Season 8 of the show would be set in Minneapolis, as we theorized by the casting calls that went out at the same time as the Washington D.C. one. The show also introduced three cast members from the season: Alex, Brittany, and Joey, and confirmed a release date for the season: Valentine’s Day 2025.
In March 2023 Kinetic Content, the company behind Love Is Blind, issued casting calls in Denver, Colorado, alongside the casting calls in Washington D.C. and Minneapolis. Considering Love Is Blind Season 7 was set in Washington D.C., and Minneapolis was just confirmed to be Love Is Blind Season 8, then Love Is Blind Season 9 will most likely be set in Denver.
If casting calls are to be believed Love Is Blind intends to return to the city where it all started at some point in the future, with July 2024 also seeing new casting calls in Atlanta, Georgia. Maybe for Love is Blind Season 10?
July 2024 also saw a casting call for singles in Miami, Florida from Kinetic Casting, and honestly, how has it taken this long for Miami to be featured on this show?
Columbus was also on the list of cities that got a casting call from Kinetic Casting in July 2024, making it a likely city for a future edition of Love Is Blind. What season are we on at this point?
At the end of July 2024, Kinetic Casting published new casting calls looking for singles, and one of those was for the New England area (Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont). Even without confirmation, this does make it seem like even if Love Is Blind Season 8 isn’t set there, there will be new seasons of the show for a while.
