Kordel confirmed he and Serena, who coupled up on Day 1, were still together and officially boyfriend and girlfriend in a video on his Instagram Story on August 7, 2024. “I just asked her out yall she said yes,” he wrote over a video of him and Serena. “Somebody help me.” Kordell also announced a collaboration with Cheez-It, which he called his “long-term goal” on Love Island USA Season 6, the day of the reunion on August 19, 2024. “Long-term goals,” Cheez-It captioned an Instagram post of a Cheez-It box with Kordell on it along with a heart that reads: “Kordeezy Cheezy Couple.” Kordell commented on the post, “WEEEEE DIIID IIIIIIT!!!!!!!!!” Serena also commented, “YOU SEE ITT.”

After Kordell confirmed that they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend, Serena shared a “mini vlog” of the dinner date where Kordell asked her to be his girlfriend on her TikTok. “I asked her out,” Kordell said at the end of the TikTok, to which Serena added,, “He asked if he could be my boyfriend.” Kordell then joked that she “said no,” before Serena exclaimed, “I got a boyfriend, guys.” In an interview with People after the Love Island USA Season 6 finale, Kordell revealed that he planned to move to Los Angeles, where Serena lives, from his hometown of Dallas so they could be closer together. “Distance is not an issue,” Kordell said. “I can make a move, I can make it happen. And I plan on moving [to Los Angeles] soon.” News also broke on August 13, 2024, that Serena had signed with Gersh, a talent agency in Beverly Hills, California.

Leah confirmed she was still with Miguel, who she coupled up with on Day 15, in an interview with People on July 29, 2024, where she revealed that the two were “on the way” to becoming official. “I think it’s on the way,” she said.  “I wouldn’t be worried about us. We’re really locked in.” Following filming for the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion, Leah also revealed in a TikTok comment on August 19, 2024, that she “done” with the Love Island franchise after filming the reunion. “I’m exhausted mentally physically and spiritually from this entire experience. I’m tired. I told them I am DONE after reunion,” she wrote. “That’s all they were getting from me. Respectfully. Everything else I just can’t and they don’t even deserve me. Period moving on.”

Miguel Harichi

Following the Love Island USA Season 6 finale, fans noticed that Miguel had unfollowed Rob, Leah’s Love Island USA ex whom she was originally coupled up with, after a social media video of Rob riding Leah’s horse. (During their last date in the finale, Leah told Miguel that he would be the first to ride her horse once they left the villa.) Rob addressed Miguel unfollowing him on the “BFFs” podcast at the time. “I didn’t know it was a big thing that Miguel was gonna ride her horse, but I’m sorry Miguel if that offended you. Miguel unfollowed me on Instagram I think because of that. I don’t know. I love Miguel. Miguel’s a cool dude,” Rob said.

After the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion, news broke on August 13, 2024, that JaNa—along with Serena—had signed with Gersh, a talent agency in Beverly Hills, California, for representation. JaNa revealed in an Instagram post on August 10, 2024, that she and Kenny, who she coupled up with on Day 15,  were officially boyfriend and girlfriend after leaving the Love Island USA Season 6 villa. “About last night,” she captioned an Instagram post of her holding a bouquet of roses with the question: “Quires ser me novia?” in Spanish which translates to “Will you be my girlfriend?” in English. JaNa continued in her caption, “”dije que si,” which translates to, “I said yes.”

Kenny Rodriguez

Kenny revealed in an interview with Interview magazine after the Love Island USA Season 6 finale that he officially met JaNa’s mom over FaceTime after leaving the villa. “I FaceTimed my mom and my brother. My sister was sleeping. Then my mom got to meet Kenny and then I got to meet Kenny’s family,” he said. “I was actually nervous at first because we didn’t get the meet the families video chat in the villa. But his mom wrote a letter. My mom wrote a letter. She was like, ‘Can’t wait to meet me and we can all go dancing together.’ We still haven’t met each other’s parents in person, just on FaceTime. His family is so welcoming. He has a lot of female cousins. I was so nervous. I’m like, ‘If they don’t like me, I’m done.’ So it felt really good for them to just be all smiles.” Kenny aded, “I’ve been texting her mom and she’s been texting me here and there. I’d say things are going well. Still a little nervous to meet them in person, if I’m going to be honest.”

Kendall Washington

The day of the Love Island USA Season 6 finale, a nude video of Kendall leaked online. Kendall addressed the video in an Instagram Story at the time. “What a way to get my phone back y’all,” he wrote. “I just want to address the content that came out from my past. That was something I shared to someone in confidence and trust. It’s unfortunate that it’s no longer private but it is what it is.” In an interview with “The Viall Files” on July 30, 2024, Kendall confirmed that he and Nicole were still together at the time but he wasn’t certain they would still be together by the time of the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion. “We’re honestly just taking it day by day because being in the public eye and seeing everyone’s opinions, it affects people differently,” Kendall said. “When I see any negative comments about me or Nicole and me, I just brush it off. But Nicole takes things differently.”

He continued, “It’s not 100 [we’ll still be together] I’d say because there’s no guarantees on what will happen. I don’t know the future. I don’t know what’s going to happen in a week or a day. It will be a lie if I said 100 percent chance because I just don’t know. But I believe that when we have those conversations, it can go well.”

After fans noticed a lack of photos of Kendall on Nicole’s Instagram, Nicole shared an Instagram Story in which she asked viewers for their “understanding.” “Some of you have noticed that I’ve been quiet and not posting much so just wanted to provide an update,” Nicole wrote. “While Love Island was an amazing experience, things have not been easy since leaving the villa.” She continued, “There’s much more to share on what has happened since coming home, and for now, I’ve been taking time to process – these are real feelings and my real life. Thanks for understanding. Love y’all.”

Kenny hinted that Kendall and Nicole were no longer together in a TikTok video for E! News in which he was asked which islanders would’ve been a good match. For his answer, Kenny named Nicole and Harrison, who joined as the last male bombshell at the end of Love Island USA Season 6.

Following the Love Island USA Season 6 finale, Kassy, who originally starred on Season 5 where she was the runner-up with her ex Leo Dionicio, trolled her Season 6 partner Rob’s Love Island ex, Andrea, with a TikTok video of her re-creating a viral clip of Andrea answering a question about whether Rob was a good kisser. The clip saw Andrea spinning around after she was asked the question on Instagram Live before pointing to the camera and saying, “Yes.” Kassy also confirmed she was still queer, which she revealed on Love Island USA Season 5, in a TikTok the same day the Season 6 reunion aired. “I just want to put this out there because I want to know if anybody is brat, but I still like girls,” she said. “Always have. And if you’re single, hit my line because I’m tired of seeing boys on my phone.” She captioned the video, “I’m still fruity guys 🌈”

After the Love Island USA Season 6 finale, Rob starred in singer Nesa Barrett’s music video for her song, “Passenger Princess,” in which they kissed. Since leaving Love Island USA Season 6, Rob has also been bombarded with fans who still ship him with his Love Island USA ex and original partner, Leah. JaNa told Us Weekly at the time of the finale that she was “not surprised” that viewers supported Rob and Leah so much but confirmed that Leah was much more happy with her final partner, Miguel. “I even asked her, ‘Are you happy?’ And she said she is. She genuinely cares for Miguel. They have a beautiful connection together. I fully support Leah’s happiness,” JaNa said. “[I remember when] we’re chilling one day in Soul Ties — Serena, me and Leah — and I said, ‘We’re getting deeper into this and closer to the end, are you sure you want Miguel?’ And she’s like, ‘Yeah.’ And I’m like, ‘OK, they’re both drowning in the ocean. You can only save one.’ She chose Miguel. Like, say less! She’s a very honest girl. She does not shy away from anything.”

Kaylor confirmed that she and Aaron, who she coupled up with on Day 1, had broken up after the Love Island USA Season 6 finale to fans outside of the studio for the Season 6 reunion in August 2024. “Aaron and I are not OK,” she told fans. “We are not together.” Kaylor also confirmed she was single at a 92NY Love Island USA Season 6 panel on August 16, 2024. “Listen, I’m very lucky. I’m 22 years old, I’m going to go through heartbreak, falling in love — all of it,” she said. “I know we all have maybe been there once or twice, and I’m glad I have been through it and I’m learning from this situation. And I’m single!”

Kaylor previously told the “BFFs” podcast im July 2024 that she and Aaron were on the rocks after she finally watched Season 6’s Casa Amor episodes. “My perspective definitely has changed since whenever I was in the villa to now, just because I see absolutely everything Aaron did in Casa Amor, and I feel like the little things kind of mean more to me,” Kaylor said, admitting that she was “emotionally drained” from the Aaron drama. “Like the stomach kisses in the morning and the breakfast and then also I saw Aaron break things off with Daniela and then…lean in for a kiss, and all of those things have changed my perspective.”

Aaron Evans

Following his split from Kaylor and the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion, Aaron shared an Instagram Story of him returning to the United Kingdom where he hinted he was done with the Love Island franchise for good. “Just touched down in the UK again. End of an era. Reunion is finished. The whole show is finished. So that’s it. Love Island is done, and I cannot lie—I am so relieved I am now finished,” he said. Aaron previously told the “BFFs” podcast before his and Kaylor’s breakup that he was confident they would “make it work” and “be able to get through” their issues.

“I’m willing to work through it and I completely understand why Kaylor feels the that way she does. Her feelings are completely valid,” he said. “I understand why she’s got doubts, I understand why she’s got trust issues, I understand why all of America doesn’t like me because I don’t even like me, watching all the back, I hated watching [those] clips back. It was actually horrible, so I completely understand how and why she feels the way she does.”

Daniela Ortiz-Rivera

After the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion, Daniela shared a social media video in which she cried while asking fans to be kind, which viewers interpreted as a response to the backlash she and Aaron received from their drama wit Kaylor during Casa Amor. “I look crazy right now. I’ve been crying. I just want to talk about suicide prevention and awareness, and I think as a person who’s personally lost family members and people who have lost their lives to that, the way I wish could’ve done something about it, kills me everyday that I didn’t do anything about it,” she said. “It’s something I regret to this day. Even if there isn’t anything I can do, at least I can use my voice for this.” She continued, “Everything that’s happening through all of this and all the hate people are getting breaks my heart so much because at the end of the day, these people are not characters. They’re real people with real feelings.” 

Harrison Luna

Following his elimination on Love Island USA Season 6, Harrison, who originally appeared on Season 5, met fellow Australian and Season 6 islander, Liv. The two shared a social media video of them dancing to Ella Eyre and Sigala’s “Came Here For Love” on the plane from Australia to New York after fans shipped them following Liv’s elimination the week prior to Harrison joining as the last male bombshell. 

Sierra Mills

After she was dumped on Love Island USA Season 6, Sierra shared a TikTok in which she shaded her villa ex, Caine, when Harrison chose to couple up with her in the final week, thus sending Caine home. “Me to Caine when Harrison picked me,” Sierra wrote on a video of her lip syncing someone saying, “I don’t want you here. You can go now.” Caine, for his part, responded to the video with his own TikTok. “Me to Sierra when she kept following me into Soul Ties when I was overstimulated n wanted tf away from everyone,” he wrote on a video of him lip syncing the same sound as Sierra. In the caption, Caine called Sierra a Temu version of Rihanna.

Caine revealed in a TikTok video the week of the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion that he was invited to the reunion and flown to New York City but was uninvited by a producer after his constant TikTok videos talking negatively about the show. “‘Did you break an NDA?’ I don’t know ages ago I got a warning and stuff. The thing is I could sue them and go at them if I wanted. The way I’ve been treated and my mental health, if I want to go down that route, I could, but I’m not. I’m done with the whole situation. I need to get my head sorted,” he said. He later told followers that he was “done” with the Love Island franchise and regretted going on as a contestant, “Honestly I’m done with the whole thing. I wish I had never gone on the show,” he said.

Catherine Marshall

In an interview with USA Today after her Love Island USA Season 6 elimination, Catherine revealed that one scene fans didn’t see on Season 6 was JaNa and the cast watching her and Kenny kiss in Casa Amor, which they had already warned her about. “We told her everything and we had that conversation with her, so I think the only part was like Movie Night, just seeing it happen, like hearing about it is way different than seeing it so that was its own thing but she never was upset about it,” Catherine said. “And we had spoken, we were on the same page of, like, what we want is for Kenny to be happy and choose who he wants to, no matter who it was.” Catherine also told the site that she would’ve been fine to be eliminated in Casa Amor instead of coming back with Kenny. “Honestly, I would have been OK if he hadn’t brought me back from Casa Amor because I feel like what he did during the recoupling, he already said he had a stronger connection with JaNa,” Catherine said.

Daia McGhee

Following her dumping on Love Island USA Season 6, Daia continued to deny that she hit on her Casa Amor ex Kordell’s NFL brother, Odell Beckham Jr., in an Instagram comment prior to entering the villa. “I wish I knew. I think this is why when we broke things off — it was so intense between us. 
“I mean, they could have definitely, easily checked if it was fake or not. Obviously, it caused a little bit more drama so I understand why they put it in,” Daia told Today. “Just to clarify, I told him that the only comment that I would have ever made of his brother, like in a photo, was on my ex boyfriend’s photo because they went to dinner together. So that’s actually a real story. I actually have the photos up and everything. I didn’t know what they were talking about. Obviously, we don’t have access to social media in the villa, so I didn’t know what comment that they were trying to say that I had ever commented on his brother’s photos. But I genuinely knew that I didn’t, which is why I was so confused…I didn’t really understand it. But then getting out of the villa, then I got to see the actual fake comment.”

Liv Walker

Though Liv left Love Island USA Season 6 single, she still had opinions on her cast mate’s relationships, especially her best friend Kaylor and her now-ex Aaron. “Look, I want whatever’s best for her. If I was in her situation, would I take him back?” Liv said to People of Kaylor and Aaron’s drama after watching the Casa Amor episodes. “Probably not. But I’m not in the situation, and I don’t see the chats they have individually. I like them together when they’re good, but also, yeah, don’t hurt my girl. When we found out he went on [The Traitors], he was kind of not in the girls’ good books. We were like, “We can see why you were on it. Traitor. Yeah, got that.”

Liv continued of her friendship with Kaylor, “She is my ride-or-die. I absolutely adore her. I’ve always said that she’ll be my maid of honor or bridesmaid for life because she’s such a genuine soul and she sees the best in everyone no matter if they’ve hurt her. [Aaron] has done her dirty many times, and it’s a hard situation because I have so much love for Aaron as well. And he does care so much about her, and he knows he messed up a lot. Personally, I feel like if you’re given the chance to explain everything you’ve done, just say it all! I feel like him not saying it all and saying he forgot [about things that happened with Daniela Ortiz-Rivera in Casa Amor] kind  of made the situation worse.”

Though he was one of the least memorable contestants on Love Island USA Season 6—he was dumped after only three days in the villa—fans still defended Nigel following his exit and called his elimination unfair. “They didn’t set you or Cassidy up for success! Else you’d be killing it right now. Kenny holding it down though,” a fan commented on his Instagram, to which Nigel responded, “Aww thanks.” Following his elimination, Nigel shared a series of photos of him on Love Island USA apologizing to his mom for not making it further. “Like Butter 2 – Sorry Mom #loveislandusa 3 – Happy Place 4 – Miss You Bro 5 – ily,” he captioned the Instagram post. He also disabled comments.

Cassidy Laudano

Of the girls, Cassidy had the least amount of time in the villa, with only three days on Love Island USA Season 6. Following her elimination, Cassidy went on vacation in Saint-Tropez, France. Fans also commented on her Instagram calling for her to come back to Love Island USA Season 7 as an original islander, similar to Rob, who first appeared as a Casa Amor boy on Season 5. “I don’t care what anyone says you deserve to be back as an OG next season I really liked you 😭🩷 you seem so genuine 🥺,” a user wrote.

Connor Newsum

Following the Love Island USA Season 6 finale, Connor was seen on a date with Love Island USA host Ariana Madix’s Vanderpump Rules co-star Katie Maloney. Katie confirmed the date in an episode of her “Disrespectfully” podcast in August 2024. “Was I on a date?” Katie said. “I’m not going to deny anything.” She continued “I don’t think it’s fair to be yapping about it.” During an interview on Watch What Happens Live, Ariana confirmed that Connor and Katie were not dating and that she didn’t set them up. “Katie is not dating anyone,” she said.”I have never played matchmaker with Katie, so.”
Connor also addressed his fallout with JaNa—who called him “cringy” after the finale—in an interview with Today in July 2024. “I think I could have done things a little bit differently with JaNa. I regret some of the things that I said or did,” he said. “But, ultimately, we were able to come to a nice understanding that we were friends. Hopefully. I think she feels the same way. We had a nice big hug on my way out. I definitely think very highly of JaNa. Especially near the end, we were able to just be good friends.”

Andrea Carmona

After the girls voted to dump her and break her up with Rob early into Love Island USA Season 6, Andrea has become one of the most hated contestants from Season 6 for her frequent TikToks and social media posts about Rob—including the viral clip of her spinning around and revealing whether he was a good kisser. On the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in July 2024, Rob confirmed that he didn’t have plans to reunite with Andrea now that they’re both out of the villa. 

“I’ve been talking to her a little bit, but it’s not like – I think, I think once again, it’s probably better if we just kind of keep our distance for now,” Rob said. “A lot has happened and she’s been posting a lot. I was kind of like, oh, it’s a lot of things to post about, which sounds really bad. She did nothing wrong, literally did nothing wrong. And she was always kind. When she left, she was in a position where she could have said a lot of mean things and been like y’all are some bitches for doing this, blah blah blah. [She] did not say a word.” 

Hakeem White

Prior to his elimination, Hakeem was involved in drama with his villa ex, Liv, when he called her a “negative” presence in the Love Island USA Season 6 cast, which led to her going off on him. In an interview with Popculture following his dumping, Hakeem confirmed that he and Liv had smoothed over their feud and apologized to each other before he left the villa. “Liv and I are great. Obviously, it doesn’t look great from watching her cursing me out and everything while I’m just sitting there, but I get it. I understand her side with it. We talked it out. I apologized, she apologized, and we’re good now,” he said. 

Hannah Smith

Hannah, who was an original islander on Love Island USA Season 6 and was first coupled up with Kendall, was the first girl to be dumped from the villa. Following her elimination, there was a rumor that Hannah got pregnant by fellow contestant Hakeem in a secret visit to the Hideaway. The rumor originated from Leah, who told it as a prank to the Casa Amor girls, however, many viewers who hadn’t seen the full clip took the rumor as fact. “Hannah and Hakeem obviously had whatever they had going on,” Leah said. “But there was a lot of like sexual tension built up between them. They went into the hideaway in the middle of the night all by themselves. They fucked so hard that they broke the hideaway. And then she got pregnant.” Leah added, “We’re all just kidding guys! We have too much time on our hands.”

Coye Simmons

Coye, who was an original islander on Love Island USA Season 6 and first coupled up with JaNa, was the first contestant dumped from the villa. He addressed his portrayal as the “quiet one” on Season 6 in an interview with The Sun, which was among the reasons JaNa broke up with him. “I was in there laughing, having a good time with everybody, making food for everybody. None of that was shown. Me watching it, my friends, people who know me, they were just like, ‘You are not quiet, you’re not this,'” he told The Sun. “It just seemed like I was scared to talk or something, but I had plenty of great conversations and everything. A lot of people think I’m just this quiet person.” 

Coye continued, “I actually had fun with everybody in there by making people laugh, by always making jokes, but none of that’s on camera. On camera, it looks like I’m just dull and stiff. It is what it is. I know who I am at the end of the day.”
