Netflix has its share of reality TV dating shows, but Love On the Spectrum is perhaps one of the nicest ones. The show, which follows a group of individuals on the autism spectrum as they explore the realms of romance and relationships, is certainly a much more wholesome look at relationships than Love is Blind or Temptation Island.
Perhaps that’s why we tend to root for the couples on it so much. Or maybe it’s just that the couples on it tend to feel a lot more real—and their problems a lot more relatable. And that’s really what the people behind the show want. “People are really coming into their own. We’re connecting with people on a deeper level and seeing them blossom,” executive producer and series director Cian O’Clery told Tudum. “There’s a lot of love and connection.”

“It’s [what allows] people to be authentic in themselves, know what they want, and pursue love. With their hearts on their sleeves, they’re really growing,” Executive producer Karina Holden also shared with Netflix. But where did that journey take the couples this season?

Fans were pretty convinced this was the case ever since Dani posted a PDA-filled TikTok in March 2025, so even though there’s no confirmation, it looks like there might be a new man in Dani’s life.

James and Shelley seemed to have a lot in common from the beginning, so it’s hardly a surprise that the where are the now montage confirms the two are still together. Not only that, they’re sharing their similar interests, and James has even written a song for Shelley, titled ‘Heavy Metal Queen.’

Just before we get a sweet moment of Tyler inviting Madison out to join him on Universal, something Madison loves because she adores rollercoasters. Truly, the relationship sounds like it could not be going better.

They hit it off right away, and through good conversations, they established a connection that carried over until the end.
