Married at First Sight is back for its 18th season and this time, it’s bringing the drama to 10 singles from Chicago. Of course, spoilers will be rampant on social media and Reddit, so if you can’t wait until the finale episode to know what happens, consider this your guide.

They will marry a stranger at the altar, travel to their honeymoons, and then move in together as husband and wife. After the eight-week social experiment concludes, each newlywed will have to decide if they want to continue to stay married and start a future together or get divorced and go their separate ways.
Talking to E! News, Dr. Pepper Schwartz revealed the tedious process of making the couples. Hundreds of people apply to the show and the experts go to churches, bars, dating apps, or anywhere that people meet to “make the prospective pool as big as people.” The vetting process has more steps, including a meet-and-greet, several interview sessions, and psychological and background checks. The final step is a home visit from Dr. Pepper.

As Chicago, Illinois, was confirmed for season 18 and Austin, Texas, for season 19, fan account @mafsfan on Instagram allegedly leaked the location of MAFS season 20: Kansas City, Missouri. In their since-expired Stories, the account showed an alleged casting call with the text: “This casting call is currently private. Adjust this in settings if you want it to be publicly accessible.” Let’s see if that pans out!
