Noah Shannon Green

Fox’s oldest child with ex-husband Brian Austin Green is Noah, who was born in 2012 and is currently 12. At the time Fox announced the news herself on her Facebook page, saying “I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect.”

She also added about her and Green, “We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love.” 

The actress has spoken about her son’s budding interest in fashion as he’s grown up, sharing with The Talk in 2019 that, “Sometimes, he’ll dress himself and he likes to wear dresses sometimes. And I send him to a really liberal, hippy school, but even there — here in California — he still has little boys going, ‘Boys don’t wear dresses,’ or ‘Boys don’t wear pink.'” But Fox also added that this was a continued conversation, “So we’re going through that now, where I’m trying to teach him to be confident no matter what anyone else says.”

Bodhi Ransom Green

Fox’s second child with Green was born in 2014 and is currently 10. His name is very special to Fox, she shared on Conan in 2014.”Bodhi is, in Buddhism, it’s the point when Buddha became enlightened and he reached nirvana, he was sitting beneath the Bodhi tree.”

The actress shared a little more about Bodhi during her SI Swimsuit interview, describing him as “the classic middle child where there’s no room to be bad.”

Journey River Green

Fox’s third child with Green, son Journey, was born in 2016. Journey was born after Fox and Green went through a challenging time in their relationship that even saw Fox file for divorce in 2015. After a reconciliation, however, the two ended up pregnant again.

In her SI Swimsuit interview, Fox spoke about Journey, calling him “naughty and mischievous,” yet “charming and so so cute.”

Unnamed fourth child

Fox just gave birth to her fourth child in March 2025. This will be her first child with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly. MGK announced the birth of their daughter on Instagram. “She’s finally here!!” the musician wrote. wrote. “Our little celestial seed.” The ex-couple had split before the birth announcement.
