Mike Tyson has spent most of his life in the public eye, which means his family has too. Tyson, who is now returning to boxing for a fight against Jake Paul, has made his name not just as an athlete, but also by appearing in movies, TV shows and even video games. Whatever you got to do to support your family, and Tyson has a pretty big one.
The celebrated boxer retired almost twenty years ago, in 2005—which makes it even more surprising that he’s now stepping into the ring with Paul, who has only started boxing in recent years and made his name as a YouTube content creator. But considering the purse for the fight is estimated to be around $80 million, perhaps it’s not that surprising. Tyson has famously had money troubles during his long-career, even filing for bankruptcy in 2003.

Now, a cannabis business and cutting out the people who scammed him out of a lot of his money during his prime has turned things around for Tyson. But the at least $20 million he’s reported to make of the fight are nothing to scoff at. In fact, they’re probably enough to up the antics leading up to the fight and in the ring, like Tyson’s recent slap of Paul during the weigh in.
The upcoming fight has, of course, renewed interest not just in Tyson and his career, but in his family. But who are Mike Tyson’s kids? How many does he have? And will any of his kids be present at his upcoming Jake Paul fight?
Mother: Kimberly Scarborough
Tyson’s oldest kid and named after him, Miki is now 34 years old. On October 31, Tyson shared a picture of her on her Instagram with the caption, promoting his daughter’s new song. “My daughter @missmikityson‘s new song. So proud. She’s an incredible writer and singer. Make sure you follow her page for more music.”

Tyson’s second kid, Ramsey, aged 28, was born Rayna Tyson. They identify as nonbinary and use they/them pronouns. Ramsey graduated film school at New York University in 2018, and has worked on TV and documentary productions since.
Tyson told a story during a 2022 interview about how Ramsey confronted Boosie Badazz during Tyson’s former podcast, Hotboxin. The rapper made transphobic comments after Dwyane Wade’s child came out as transgender. “Part of the reason why I wanted to talk to Boosie about it is because I’m a nonbinary person who’s socially transitioned amongst my friends and started a medical transition,” Ramsey explained to Them Magazine. “I felt like I couldn’t not say something.”

27-year-old Amir Tyson graduated from American University in 2019 with a degree in broadcast journalism. He’s expected to participate in Netfix’s livestream of his father’s fight against Jake Paul. He has covered multiple fights before, including the exhibition bout between Manny Pacquiao and DK Yoo in 2022, the heavyweight fight between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou in 2023 and the super middleweight bout between Edgar Berlanga and Padraig McCrory in February.
He also has his own streetwear brand called Debonair Attire.
Mother: Sol Xochitl
22-year-old Miguel is reportedly a skilled pianist. He is also, of all of Tyson’s kids, the one that has had the most tragic life. When Miguel was 7, he was the one that discovered the lifeless body of his 4-year-old sister Exodus.

Exodus passed away at 4-years-old after an accident where a treadmill cord got wrapped around her neck and strangled her. Police ruled the death an accident. She was found by her older brother, Miguel.
USA Today reported Tyson will honor Exodus during his fight against Jake Paul, wearing custom boxing trunks with her name stitched in them.

15-year-old Milan is an accomplished tennis player. Tyson revealed in the Netflix special following the preparation for the fight against Jake Paul that she plans to go pro when she turns 16.

Tyson’s youngest kid, Morocco, was born the same year Tyson was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame. Very little is known about him, other than he is into different sports and his father has occasionally shared sweet pictures with him.
