Which Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Couples Are Still Together? See Who’s Broken Up Since Filming Ended

Taylor and Dakota

Relationship status: Broken up

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen broke up in 2024 after two years of dating. Taylor confirmed the breakup in an Instagram Story in January 2025, admitting that she still cried “every day” from the split. “That’s grief, let it through so it can pass and you can heal,” she wrote. “The more you resist the pain coming through, the longer the suffering, learned this the hard way.”

Taylor, who also shares son Ever True with Dakota, also named the three biggest struggles she faced after the breakup: “the quiet after the chaos, missing out [on] time with your kids” and “inconsistency.” She also confirmed that she was not dating at the time. “I couldn’t think of anything worse,” she wrote.

Taylor’s confirmation came after fans speculated that the two had broken up after they didn’t spend the holidays together. Taylor and Dakota went public with their relationship in July 2022, less than a year after Taylor’s divorce from her ex-husband, Tate Paul, whom she shares two kids with: daughter Indy and son Ocean. As of writing, Taylor and Dakota do not follow each other on Instagram. 

Jen and Zac 

Relationship status: Still together

Jen Affleck confirmed she and Zac were still together in an interview with People in May 2025 in which she revealed that they had moved past their Chippendales incident from Season 1 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

“Zac and I can’t run away from Chippendales apparently, but hey, we’ve seen the light at the end of the tunnel. If you’ve followed my social media, you know that,” she said. “We’ve taken some trips to Chippendales now, so now it’s something that we laugh about.” She continued, “Obviously it’s still traumatizing to think about actually what we went through regarding Chippendales. Can’t seem to run away from it.”

During The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 2 premiere episode, Jen revealed that she and Zac had separated in between Season 1 and 2, though they reconciled later in the season. 

 Jen and Zac met in 2018 and married in 2019. They share two children, a daughter named Nora and a son named Lucas. Jen announced that she was pregnant with her and Zac’s third child in February 2025.

“I was a few days late, and while it was a surprise, we both had a feeling there was another baby waiting for us,” she told People at the time. “We were very excited, there were a lot of emotions after a very crazy year!”

She continued, “Nora has been hoping for a little sister, and I can tell she really wants it to be a girl! I have a strong feeling it’s a girl. I’ve dreamed about this little girl for a while now, and I truly believe she’s the one I’m carrying.” The moment Jen learned she was pregnant played out in Season 2 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. The episode saw her break down in tears once she saw the positive pregnancy test, given that she and Zac were still separated and not officially back together at the time. 

Demi and Bret

Relationship status: Still together

Demi confirmed that she and Bret were still together and  “solid” in an interview with Us Weekly in May 2025. The confirmation came after speculation that Demi and Bret had split over rumors she cheated with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette, whom she met while filming Season 2 of the show. 

“We’re good. I communicate with him and I’m honest to a fault. So every step of the way, I’ve communicated from jumping out of Vanderpump Villa, going back to the hotel and Bret was the first person I called and just laid everything out — the whole experience,” she told Us Weekly in May 2025. “More will come from that. There’s a lot of things behind the scenes, as far as how I was mistreated and how that situation was handled.”

She also told the magazine that Bret was the one who convinced her to film for Vanderpump Villa despite her apprehension. “That [experience] was a whirlwind and so much went into that. My husband and I had actually been in Italy for 10 days prior to jumping over and filming for Vanderpump Villa. So we had the best time ever [before that],” Demi said. “I was actually apprehensive about going into filming Vanderpump Villa. My husband was actually the one that was pushing for me to go and we honestly didn’t really know what we were getting ourselves into.”

Demi also confirmed that she and Bret have had a conversation about her episode on Vanderpump Villa, which showed her and Marciano flirting. “He’s been nothing but supportive and nothing but understanding. He has been so sweet and just really sought to understand me and helped me in the best way that he possibly can,” she said. “People are going to think what they’re going to think at the end of the day — you can’t control that. So we’re just focused on what we can control and focused on being communicative with each other and we’re solid.”

Rumors that Demi had cheated on Bret with Marciano came after Jen accused her of acting inappropriately as a married woman while filming Vanderpump Villa Season 2. More rumors of issues in Demi and Bret’s relationship came when cast member Mayci Neeley claimed that she received a tip from an anonymous source that Bret had sex with another woman while he was married to Demi.

Whitney and Conner

Relationship status: Still together

Whitney Leavitt confirmed she and her husband, Connoe, were still together in an Instagram post in April 2025, revealing that the two had bought a new home together. “It’s a miracle, WE BOUGHT A HOME! A dream turned reality. So much of this was made possible because of you. Thank you for supporting me, cheering me on, and being part of this journey 🫶🏼 Here’s to new beginnings and the good life we’re building—together 🤍,” she captioned a photo of her, Connor, and their kids: daughter Sedona and sons Liam and Billy.

Whitney gave birth to Billy in Season 2 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. She announced her pregnancy with her third child in the first season. Whitney and Conner married in 2016. Though Whitney and Conner are still together, they faced their fair share on relationship issues. During The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 1, Whitney confirmed longtime rumors that Conner was on Tinder during their relationship. The couple also opened up about Conner’s pornography addiction. “I just hate talking about what happened to me in the same breath as what I did to you. I feel like it flips the script and turns me into a victim, when, in this scenario, I’m not. And I definitely want there to be a distinction,” Conner said in an episode. 

Whitney also addressed speculation that Conner is queer in an interview with People in May 2025. “I have family, I have Conner, and we know what’s real,” Whitney said “And so, I can go to sleep at night knowing that I’m with the love of my life, my best friend, and he knows me and I know him, and what else really matters? These people don’t really know who we are.”

Jessi and Jordan

Relationship status: Still together

Jessi Ngatikaura’s husband, Jordan, confirmed they were still together in an Instagram post in May 2025 for Mother’s Day. “Happy Mother’s Day to the heart of our family. There are so many things I admire about Jessi; but the way you love and mother our kids is something I’m endlessly grateful for,” he captioned a photo of them with their family. “Your strength, your softness, and the way you show up for them every single day is nothing short of beautiful. Thank you for the bedtime stories, the snuggles, the laughter, and the fierce way you protect their hearts. You were made to be their mom and they are so lucky to have you. Through all of life’s ups and downs, I still choose you. I still love you every single day ❤️.”

Jessi and Jordan married in 2020. They share two children together: sons Jovi and Jagger. Jordan is also a parent to daughter Peyton from a previous relationship. 

Mikayla and Jace

Mikayla revealed that she and her husband, Jace Terry, were still together in an Instagram video in May 2025 of them at the premiere for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 2 in May 2025. “Hahahha he’s truly my biggest hype man 🙌🏼💅🏼” she captioned a video of Jace hyping her up.

Mikayla and Jace share three children: Tommie, Haven, and Beckham. They welcomed their first child, Beckham, when Mikayla was 17 years old. They married six months later. “That’s not to say it was easy, because it was the hardest time of my life,” Mikayla told People in 2024 about being a young mom.. “I got pregnant when I was 16 and had my son when I was 17. I was having to navigate a really critical time in your life when you’re realizing what you want. It’s right before you go to college, and you’re like, ‘What do I want to do with my life?’ And then, I was just thrown into motherhood.”

In February 2025, Mikayla announced that she and Jace were expecting their fourth child. “Thought I’d finally announce the next step on my healing journey🤍 can’t wait to love on this baby👶🏼🥹 #pregnant #pregnancyannouncement,” she captioned an Instagram photo of her family standing with her ultrasound. 

Mayci and Jacob

Mayci and Jacob Neeley are still together as of writing. The couple married in 2018. They welcomed their first child, Harlow, in 2021. Mayci is also a mother to son Hudson with her late boyfriend, Arik Mak, who was killed in a car accident when she was 14 weeks pregnant.
