Brett Oppenheim (Season 1 – present)

Equivalent to Jason, according to Bustle, Brett is also worth $50 million. Maybe it’s twin telepathy, as shortly after Jason revitalized The Stern Realty Co., Brett followed suit, and since then the two have been unstoppable.

Although we’ve seen her on The Days of Our Lives, The Young and the Restless, and Dancing with the Stars, she earns an Emmy for her role as herself in Selling Sunset. Which, ironically, is where most of her wealth is contributed from. Although, I’m sure Stause was a sight to see in the dramatic soap operas that preceded her.

Maya Vander’s net worth is made up of her earnings at The Oppenheim group, as well as her collaborations with the Douglas Elliman Real Estate, which is based in Miami (she’s a west and east coast girly). Outside of the two real estate groups, her income is also based on the online real estate course she leads which helps grow her business as just a mogul.

Davina Potratz (Seasons 1 – 7)

Davina Potratz is the Director of New Development/Broker Associate of The Oppenheim Group, and her net worth is currently $2 million. In her past life as a model, her modeling career adds to her wealth. Yet, real estate was where her passion shined as she’s both a realtor and a broker. 

Amanza Smith (Seasons 2 to present)

Amanza Smith has led a reputable following from her experience as a former model and interior designer. Smith’s net worth is currently $1 million, and although now much of her share of income is coming from the show, she’s still taking on her own projects in the interior design world.
