Breakfast
Simone says that her breakfast depends on whether she can sneak a meal in before her practice. She doesn’t drink coffee as she’s “always been of a morning person.” If she does have time, she’ll eat oatmeal, fruit, toast, a boiled egg, or a granola bar, foods which she also eats to fuel through the day. When she has more downtime on the weekends, she’ll cook up some protein waffles with chocolate chips or cinnamon rolls.
After a workout, she loves drinking a Core Power Protein Shake. “Usually I drink half after the first practice and half after the second practice,” she told the publication One of my favorite flavors at the moment is vanilla. It always changes, but it’s currently vanilla.”
