Now that Season 10 is over and done with, fans are looking toward The Masked Singer 2024 cast and the celebrity contestants who could be competing on Season 11 and beyond.
The Masked Singer—also abbreviated as TMS—is Fox’s reality TV singing competition series, in which celebrities compete against each other in performances while wearing head-to-toe costumes and face masks to conceal their identities. Throughout the season, a panel of judges guess the celebrities’ identities based on their voices and clues provided before and after each performance. Each week, the contestant with the least amount of votes from the studio audience is eliminated and takes off their masks to reveal their identities.
The series, which premiered in 2019, is based on South Korea’s King of the Mask Singer, which follows a similar format. Since the premiere of The King of the Mask Singer in 2015, The Masked Singer has expanded to dozens of countries across the world including France, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Brazil.
“It was flypaper TV right from the get-go,” The Masked Singer executive producer Craig Plestis told The Hollywood Reporter in 2019 about why he wanted to produce the show in the United States. “I just knew right away this was a special show. It was unbelievable in its appeal — and the game play, spectacle, family-viewing…[and] it was this huge hit in Asia…. If we do the job here, it should work here.”
Since The Masked Singer‘s premiere, dozens of celebrities have competed on and won the show including hip-hop artist T-Pain, country singer LeeAnn Rimes, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss, 98 Degrees member Nick Lachey, glee alum Amber Riley, and actress and music artist Teyana Taylor.
Season 10, the most recent season of The Masked Singer, aired its finale in December 2023. While The Masked Singer Season 11 cast won’t be revealed until the series comes back on March 6, 2024, that hans’t stopped The Masked Singer fandom from brainstorming the celebrities they think or want to compete in future seasons. So who could be in The Masked Singer 2024 cast? Read on for the stars we want to be a part of The Masked Singer cast in 2024.

Weird Al is no stranger to the music industry. The musician—whose real name is Alfred Matthew Yankovic—has sold more than 12 million albums, won five Grammy Awards, and racked up billions of views on his YouTube channel for parody songs like “Amish Paradise,” “White & Nerdy,” and “Eat It.” While Weird Al is best known for his parody songs—he got his start when a comedy song he wrote aired on the Dr. Demento Radio Show at 16 years old—The Masked Singer fans may be pleasantly surprised to learn that he can actually sing. A Masked Singer season with Weird Al could be reminiscent of Season 1 winner T-Pain who proved to the judges and winners that, underneath the autotune that made him chart-topping artist, he had real talent to back it up.
Daniel Radcliffe is best known for playing Harry Potter in all seven movies from 2001 to 2011. But what Potterheads don’t know is that Radliffe also has a long resume on Broadway. He made his Broadway debut in the 2007 production of the play Equus. He made his Broadway musical debut in the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying in 2011, which earned him a Grammy nomination. He returned to Broadway in 2023 in Stephen Sondheim’s musical Merrily We Roll Along alongside Glee alum Jonathan Groff. Radcliffe has the voice and stage presence for The Masked Singer—he even played Weird Al in the 2022 musical movie Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, which earned him Emmy and BAFTA nominations. With endless Harry Potter clues to play with, The Masked Singer producers would be remiss to not consider him for a future season.
One third of The Jonas Brothers, Kevin Jonas has often take a backseat to his band mates and brothers, Nick and Joe Jonas, who sing a majority of the group’s songs. While Kevin, the eldest of the Jonas Brothers, typically sticks to playing lead guitar and singing backup vocals for his siblings, a stint on The Masked Singer could remind fans that he, too, has pop-star-worthy voice just like his brothers. Kevin’s real singing voice is so rare that fans weren’t even sure if he was the lead singer in the Jonas Brothers’ song “Hesitate” from their fifth studio album Happiness Begins. A season on The Masked Singer could answer those questions once and for all and prove that Kevin Jonas, in fact, can sing.
While Zooey Deschanel is best known for her acting roles in projects like Elf, 500 Days of Summer, and New Girl, longtime fans know that she is also a member of the duo She & Him with guitarist M. Ward. Along with lead vocals for the band, Deschanel also plays piano and ukulele. The group released their first album, Volume One, in 2008 and has a steady fanbase ever since. Plus, who could forget Deschanel’s iconic scene singing “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” in Elf? (A movie that could inspire countless Masked Singer clues, by the way.)
Sarah Hyland is multi-talented. She’s an actress who has starred in projects like Modern Family, Dirty Dancing, and Vampire Academy. She’s the host of Love Island USA. And she can low-key sing. Hyland trained at the Professional Performing Arts School in Manhattan and starred in the 1999 movie adaptation of the musical Annie. She also sang on the soundtrack of projects like Dirty Dancing and Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin. Her cover of Halsey and The Chainsmoker’s “Closer” has more than 120 million views on YouTube. She’s the perfect candidate for a Masked Singer contestant the judges and viewers won’t see coming.
Sterling K. Brown is an Emmy-winning actor who has starred in shows like This Is Us and American Crime Story. But little do fans know that Brown also has a musical background. For one, he sang alongside Idina Menzel in 2019’s Frozen II, where he played Lieutenant Destin Mattias. He also sings in Season 3 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
BTS member Jimin has one of the most unique voices in K-pop. While he was never an official contestant on King of Masked Singer, the South Korean reality TV singing competition that inspired The Masked Singer in the US, he is a fan favorite to join the American version of the series. Even judge Nicole Scherzinger named him as her favorite to be a contestant in a 2020 promotional video. “If I could invite a Korean celebrity for ‘The Masked Singer,’ it would have be Jimin from BTS. I wish I could say that in Korean,” she said. Make it happen, Masked Singer.
