To get deeper into the premise of this dating show, THTH follows 10 singles with a history of flings and meaningless relationships. They live at a retreat for four weeks where they’re prohibited from kissing, sexual contact, and self-gratification by the series’ host, a traffic cone-shaped virtual assistant named Lana. For every indiscretion Lana catches, she’ll take money out of the prize pool (famously, Elys and Alex from season 5 were fined $36,000 for kissing for 12 minutes).
Season: 2
Emily and Cam had an almost instantaneous connection when they met in season 2, filmed in 2021. While their relationship has been far from smooth sailing—they briefly broke up in April 2022—they’ve managed to make it work. In June 2024, they welcomed their first child together.
Season: 4
Seb and Kayla were a popular couple from season 4—they were runners-up in the end—but a long-distance arrangement between his home of Scotland and hers in California threatened their relationship. They broke up shortly after filming, but in June 2023, they rekindled their love when he asked her to officially be his girlfriend. Cute. They’ve been going strong ever since.
Season: 2 & 3
So Nathan was a contestant on Too Hot to Handle season 3 and while he didn’t find love on that show, he has found a connection with other reality dating show alum, Elys from Perfect Match season 2. They’re going strong, it seems! “I’m madly in love with a gorgeous boy,” she told Tudum in June 2024. “It’s been almost a year now.”
Season: 6
Charlie and Katherine finished the show as runners-up for season 4 and they’re still going strong. “Everything Charlie and I have gone through to get to this point… this is an amazing night, there’s fireworks, I’m with Charlie, I’m just the happiest girl in the world,” Katherine gushed in the season finale.
“I really wanted to make sure that whilst I was in there, I didn’t rush anything or make anything happen too quickly. And I think that is one reason why we have been so solid together,” Charlie told People. “Because I didn’t want to ask her to be my girlfriend on the show or tell her I loved her on the show, even though I kind of knew it and felt it. I wanted to give us a chance on the outside.”
