What happened to Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman?
What happened to Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman? In an attempt to reconcile with his now-separated wife Marie Angela King, Cher requested her son and King to leave their family house. The two headed to New York before their anniversary to work things out. The kidnapping allegations were outlined in a court declaration in December 2022. “After spending these 12 days together in NY… four people came to our hotel room and removed [Allman] from our room,” King claims in the filing, adding that she was “told by one of the four men who took him that they were hired by [Allman’s] mother.”
“I am currently unaware of my husband’s wellbeing or whereabouts,” King wrote in December. “I am very concerned and worried about him.” She added, “Since August 2022, I have been told that I am not allowed to see or speak to [Allman] who is currently in lockdown at a treatment facility that is undisclosed to me. I am also told [Allman] has no access to his phone.”
King’s declaration ends with the following plea: “I understand his family’s efforts to make sure he is well, and I want what is best for my husband.”
According to witnesses to DailyMail who worked at the hotel where Elijah was staying, the musician was out “virtually every morning and afternoon Elijah could be seen in front of the hotel on the sidewalk either leaning against the wall or sitting on the sidewalk smoking.” Another said, “He would come out with a full cigarette and by the time he had finished it, he would be passed out.”
