Who Got Married From Love Is Blind Season 9? You May Be Surprised by Who Made It Down the Aisle

Kacie McIntosh, a 34-year-old hair and makeup artist, and Patrick Suzuki, a 31-year-old construction manager, didn’t get married on Love Is Blind Season 9 and broke up in Episode 6. While their breakup was left open-ended, the online public records search for Denver County’s Office of the Clerk and Recorder didn’t list anyone with Kacie or Patrick’s names obtaining a marriage license in Denver between 1859 to 2025. At the time of writing, Kacie and Patrick still follow each other on Instagram. 

Kacie and Patrick also confirmed that they were still broken up in an interview with Tudum after Season 9’s premiere. “Immediately, my guard is going up. I’m still trying to process the emotions of the reveal. I felt like it went good, and I’m going to sleep that night thinking we’re going to Mexico, and for her to say she wanted to go back home, that definitely raised an initial red flag. I was trying to hide a lot of the emotions,” Kacie said of the moment she realized she wasn’t attracted to Patrick after the reveal. She later clarified that her feelings about him weren’t about his physical appearance. “He’s a handsome guy,” she said. “It was more about him being a stranger in my arms than it was what he looks like.”

Despite what happened, Patrick told Tudum that he was still grateful for his experience on Love Is Blind. “It definitely cleaned up a lot of insecurities,” he said. “I wouldn’t have [done that] without Kacie. Going through the reveal really helped me break free from everything that I’ve been dealing with for many, many years.” Kacie also confirmed to Tudum that she didn’t have any regrets about the experience. “I’m very happy I accepted the proposal,” she said. “I just felt like I had to stay true to exactly how I was feeling at the time. I never lied to Patrick about how I was feeling. I am proud of myself for being very honest, not going somewhere and acting some way just to basically remain on a TV show.”

Joe & Madison

Joe Ferrucci, a 29-year-old sales manager, and Madison Maidenberg, a 28-year-old UX/UI designer, didn’t seem to get married on Love Is Blind Season 9 after being one of six couples to get engaged in The Pods. According to the online public records search for Denver County’s Office of the Clerk and Recorder, no one with Joe or Madison’s names obtained marriage licenses in Denver between 1859 to 2025, though it’s possible that Netflix didn’t have the couples get legally married for Season 9 to not spoil the ending like previous seasons. At the time of writing, Joe and Madison still follow each other on Instagram. 

Madison hinted that she wasn’t still together with Joe in an interview with Glamour after his comments that he wasn’t his “type” because he typically dated “thinner” women, which she called the “worst case scenario.”

“This was [the] worst case scenario for me,” she said. “Worst case scenario is the person you fall in love with isn’t attracted to you, and all of a sudden it becomes not about the connection, but the attraction. And while I think that’s very important, this is Love is Blind. We did it for the emotional experience. It was definitely a hard watch.” She continued, “The things that he said kind of carelessly really did impact me, you know? It’s really important to be aware that words carry weight.”

Joe, for his part, also told the magazine that he felt “not great” about watching his comments about Madison on Love Is Blind. “I never want to contribute to anyone feeling that way,” he said. “She always came across as confident and comfortable in her own skin. Mind you, in our conversation, I was not shaming her. Just being truthful of who I went for in the past. I found her attractive, both in how she looked and how she carried herself.”

She also suggested that she wasn’t in contact with Joe by telling the magazine that she hopes Joe’s comments will make him reflect on how he views future partners. “And honestly, I hope that it puts in perspective for Joe that he needs to be far more mindful when he’s speaking about partners and women in general,” he said.

Ali & Anton

Ali Iappe, a 29-year-old nurse, and Anton Yarosh, a 29-year-old transportation and logistics specialist, didn’t seem to get married on Love Is Blind Season 9 after being one of six couples to get engaged in The Pods. Nick hinted that he and Annie weren’t still together when he issued an Instagram statement without Annie addressing their comments about whether they would support their LGBTQ+ kids. The post, which also included a video of Nick explaining his ignorance, wasn’t shared or interacted with by Annie, which may suggest that they aren’t still in communication.

“Let’s talk about it. I will LOVE and support my future children unconditionally, no matter how they identify. I take full accountability for how my words came across but I am glad it provoked this discussion and my learning,” he wrote on Instagram. “I was born in a traditional Midwestern environment, and I now recognize how that shaped certain blind spots (I’m thankful for the support of my friends recently for helping me learn this). That’s not an excuse, just part of the work I’m doing to grow and be better. I love and respect my LGBTQ+ friends deeply, and I’m committed my growth and to be a better ally. Thank you to those who have approached me with patience and honesty. I’m listening.”
