Mitchell and Sydney are still together as of the reunion. Mitchell chose Sydney on Farmer Wants A Wife season 2 of the US version. They seemingly had an instant connection and in the finale, it was clear he’d found The One.

“There’s not many things that make this heart of mine, I guess, spill out and be vulnerable, be all romantic,” Mitchell told her. “But with you, I feel that way.” Sydney replied: “I never, like, have felt feelings for someone like I have with you, actually. Very scary! You know, maybe this is it. This is what I’ve been looking for my whole life.”

Mitchell explained, “Sydney, I think it is so special to think about the future with you and it just makes me so happy to think about all of the things that can come from this beautiful relationship that we do have. I want you to join this life of adventure with me, and farming is just the beginning!”

In a post-finale interview with Taste of Country, Mitchell hinted at “maybe in a couple of years, there’ll be a wedding,” much to Sydney’s delight.

Interestingly, Kiana who was also vying for Mitchell’s heart has found love with his buddy, Houston! According to People, Kiana and Houston met on a previous episode of the Fox reality series where Mitchell introduced his prospective partners to his friends.

“I went on Farmer Wants a Wife with an open mind in hopes of finding love,” she told People. “Although it didn’t work out with me and Farmer Mitchell, it still led me to my happy ending and a beautiful relationship with his friend, Houston,” she says. “How crazy is that!”

Are Nathan & Taylor still together?

They were certainly being coy about it all before the finale, and while they still follow each other on social media, it was difficult to tell if they were still together.

Nathan chose Taylor over Allye in the finale episode of Farmer Wants A Wife season 2 of the US version, but it’s unclear if they’re still together because they’re certainly being coy about it all. In an Instagram post shared the day after the finale, Nathan wrote: “Tune in next week to see if Taylor and I are still together!” in a collaborative post with Taylor. Given the playful nature of this post, we surmise they’re still together.

In the finale, he told her, “The big thing that I’ve been concerned about is if you were willing to move to Florida,” he continued. “I want to go on this road with you and I don’t expect you to move right now, but I’m crazy about you.”

She said in response, “I feel like you’re everything I’ve been looking for in life. You’re like my best friend now and I feel like that’s somebody that that’s worth making that sacrifice for and just taking that leap of faith with.”

Two days before the reunion episode where we’d find out for sure if they’re still together, Taylor shared some cute behind-the-scenes video of her and Nathan together. “That’s a wrap, baby!” she says to the camera and it looks like his arm is around her.

On Reddit, one user commented: “I read Nathan and Taylor split already. Which made me sad,” though no source was given for the information. “I was wondering that because on her Instagram she still lives in Dallas,” another commented.

But no, during the reunion episode, they were confirmed to still be going strong although they’re taking it slowly and she’s not yet ready to move into his farm. “But we’re definitely talking about plans of probably within the next year,” Taylor shared.

“I’ve always prayed for a Godly man that was gonna be my best friend, somebody who blesses every meal I eat, opens every car door and asks me to dance every time a slow song comes on. It’s all I can ask for.”

Are Brandon & Grace still together?

Status: Broken up.

No, they announced their split during the reunion. In the finale of season 2 of the US version of Farmer Wants A Wife, Brandon chose Grace, despite being hesitant because she had such strong roots in the city. “I really feel like we have established a really good emotional connection,” he told her. “I would like to see where that emotional connection will take us.”

It seems they could’ve been still together after the finale because she posted a selfie with him on the farm the day after the finale aired. Then again, she gave a pretty vague response when local radio station WUWM asked what was next for her.

“I plan on hanging out with family and friends and just seeing where that goes. So really, a lot of just focusing on myself, and if I am in a relationship, you guys will know and I’ll be working on that [relationship] for sure. We’ll see what happens,” she said. They still follow each other on Instagram so it’s likely they’re at least on good terms.

She continued: “But [the experience] also just taught me to be confident in my feelings and putting them out there. No matter the outcome, I was still true to myself, so I feel like that was the end goal. But you know, you’re still walking out there and wondering if he’s gonna meet you there.”

During the finale, Brandon explained that his feelings for her hadn’t evolved. “We are not actually together,” he said, to which Grace emotionally responded. “Grace and I spent, obviously, the whole time on the show together as well as some time together after the show. I really feel like I feel strongly for her. Amazing woman, but for me, it’s become a really strong friendship connection and sadly, that did not really grow into the romantic connection that I was looking for.”

She said, “I think my feelings were more apparent or stronger than maybe his were for me,” she said. “I was always hopeful that it was gonna end in this beautiful happy ending where it works out. At the same time, I think we gave it our all and that’s all you can ask for.”

Who did Ty choose?

Megan was definitely the favorite going into the finale of Farmer Wants A Wife season 2 US, but in a shocking twist, Ty chose not to be with either her or Melody.

“After the family visits and experience and you in New York, it’s brought up a lot of questions, concerns of you being part of the city. Could you 100 percent fully commit yourself to being here?” he told Melody. “I want somebody that just fully wants to live and be in this place and that falls completely in love with it. For us to move forward, I shouldn’t have any concerns,” adding: “I don’t think that I should move forward. It’s a hard thing to do but it’s the right thing to do.”

Then when he spoke with Megan, he admitted they’d formed a strong connection, but it was more based on friendship (a term he later retracted). The main reason was that, as a father, he didn’t want many more children.

“Through this, there’s part of me that thought coming into this, I was open to children. But for me, to be honest, I’ve learned through it that I’m not 100 percent there. For me knowing that I don’t want to have kids, I don’t think I should be in a place where I should keep you from having them,” he explained. “Also, it’s something with that connection that we’ve got and for me, it’s such a strong connection that it’s been a that it’s a friendship connection. I’m just not 100 percent there that you’re my forever person.”

He later added: “I knew that neither one of them was my forever person,” Ty then told the cameras. “And I had to be real with myself.”

Viewers were pretty displeased with this result. Taking to Reddit, they accused the show’s producers of wasting everyone’s time. “Ty should have never been casted on this show wtf,” wrote one. Another observed: “I saw on Melody’s IG story she was with Ty last night in Nashville but she has since deleted it… maybe she did that after their scenes came out and didn’t want the bad clout of associating with him? Now she has a story with Megan where they talk about Ty… I find the social media fame chasing interesting to say the least.”

Another commented: “The casting directors should have found out that Ty didn’t want kids before sending Meghan to be manipulated and strung along,” to which another agreed: “It was a total waste of everyone’s time: Ty’s, the girls’, the producers’, and ours, the viewers.”
