Player 183 (Steven)
Probably the anti-hero of the whole season. Steven already has an incredible amount of wealth from his poker tournaments. Many Squid Game fans are rooting for the underdogs and put him as the least likely to win the game.

The hit Netflix reality competition show is back! Squid Game: The Challenge just dropped the first couple of episodes of Season 2, and the competition is way more fierce.
After defeating the other 455 players in the traditional games, the lucky winner of Squid Game: The Challenge wins a whopping $4.56 million. Season 1’s winner was Mai Whelan, who defeated her opponents in an epic game of rock, paper, scissors. But now a new batch of eager contestants is ready to take the prize, but all that glory comes at a price of sweet drama.

Some eagle-eyed Squid Game fans noticed that the games have changed from last season to reflect Season 2 and 3 of the wildly popular K-drama. However, some drama went beyond what the producers imagined with a rebellion coming up in episode 3. Producer Tim Harcourt told Entertainment Weeky, “It was a great natural moment, and we just leaned into what happened — they didn’t want to play anymore and they rebelled, but I don’t feel like we’d lost control of the players in the game or exceeded any sort of power. It was a soft, velvet revolution.”
So, who’s in the final five Squid Game: The Challenge Season 2? And who will be the ultimate winner?
Probably the anti-hero of the whole season. Steven already has an incredible amount of wealth from his poker tournaments. Many Squid Game fans are rooting for the underdogs and put him as the least likely to win the game.
Perla has definitely got the wits to win the final challenge of Squid Game. She stays true to her core and lets her personality shine all the way through.
Player 302 Dajah has had a pretty strong alliance with Player 078 and Player 398, and would go to great lengths to protect her core. Even though she says that her friends keep losing, she’s been managing to stay in the game for as long as she can.
Trinity used up all his sick days for his work and is pretty confident that he’ll walk out of the studio with $4.56 million in his pocket. He’s been playing a low-key game and has some of the purest intentions of the game.
Player 017 Vanessa Clements has put up a fight throughout these past couple of episodes, and fans have been rooting for her ever since the camera’s spotlight was on her. The lobster fisherman was on Big Brother Canada Season 8 but it got shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her win would be the ultimate redemption and full circle moment.
