Alix Earle is an influencer who became famous on TikTok. Born on December 16, 2000, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, she started posting TikToks in 2020 while a student at the University of Miami. Her “Get Ready with Me” videos on TikTok went extremely viral, but her family was already in the spotlight before that. In 2013, her father, Thomas (TJ) Earle, married Ashley Dupré, who had previously been involved in a political scandal as an escort for then-New York Governor Eliot Spitzer.
The “Alix Earle effect” was named after her due to her power influencing as she uses a mix of TikTok-viral products and under-the-radar favorites that sell out so quickly all thanks to her.
